You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe property was not as clean as I would expect. There was rubbish left behind from previous guests and a towel left on the balcony. Balcony furniture is in a poor state of repair. Many windows need maintenance/repairs. The walls and general decor needs some refreshing.

BelgiumThe mattress of the convertible sofa could have been ticker. It was ok for a child, but an adult would not sleep well on it. The dining table is ok for 4 people, it gets really packed with 5.
Great location, close to Russell square and public transports. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, with convertible sofa, for a 5-person family stay. Bed linen and bath towels are included. One main bathroom with a laundry machine, and a smaller one (with shower), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There was a sort of starting pack including soap, shampoo, shower gel and air conditioner from L'Occitane, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, washing-up liquid, a sponge, 2 tablets for the dishwasher and 1 for the laundry, which happened to be very useful.

United KingdomAlthough the apartment had clean towels and bedsheets and had been serviced the walls had several stains that made it feel unclean. This could have been easily remedied. The dishwasher leaked and there were several light bulbs that needed replacing. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard, saying that we slept well.
location was fantastic! The space in the apartment was wonderful and we had everything we needed in the apartment for a comfortable and easy stay. It also felt very secure with the key only access. The 11am check out is a bonus!

Location, staff both excellent. 15-20 minute walk to Covent Garden and West End. A few shops and bars nearby, a good local cafe within 5 minutes. Overall an excellent stay.
