There was an unpleasant smell in the living hall and the common bathroom shower screen was too small. Water splashed to the floor when showering. Informed the staff about these issues, but nothing was done.

The location was good. There were restaurants, cafes and convenient shops close by. Spacious living hall and comfortable beds.

I was told reception would be open when I arrived but it was not. The given phone numbers were not answered so it took some time to manage to get an answer and instructions on how to enter. The wifi information was not available - I was told later it was on the TV welcome page but I did not know and the TV was off

Overall I liked the apartment but if I should say something it would be the following: The interior was practical and of a good quality, but the style of it was a bit basic.

The washing machine was down. A staff came to check it in a short time. But he failed to fix it and needed to wait for the machine company's expert in few days. There was no follow up for my dirty clothes until I made a compliant. Thank you the help by Teresa.

The cleanliness is great, the room size is spacious and the kitchen equipment is new looking and well equipped.

Noise from delivery trucks servicing the adjacent convenience store at street level early in the morning might disturb light sleepers, as might the late night/early morning "after hours" sidewalk conversations of some patrons from nearby pubs. Neither of these slight intrusions into the overall quietness of the location in general would be enough to consider staying elsewhere.

SACO-Holborn provides a great blend of a VRBO apartment and a hotel, at a very favorable price. We enjoy the Lamb's Conduit Street location for its proximity to fun restaurants, historic pubs, and the Russell Square Underground station. The one-bedroom apartment was clean, the bathroom was more than adequate, and the kitchen contained all of the appliances and kitchenware necessary to allow us to prepare full meals if we had chosen to do so. The HD TV with dozens of satellite channels was a plus, and the high-speed internet connection was very reliable. The building is secure, and it is well located within a short walk of a pharmacy, cafes, a convenience store, specialty shops, and a park. We will definitely return to the SACO-Holborn apartments when we visit London in the future, and we will be advising our friends to do the same!

The wardrobe in the bedroom was heavily scratched, like someone had deliberately scratched it up with a knife and the guys upstirs sounded like they were playing football they were so heavy foted but other than this, it was really comfortable

Quite noisy at night time because of the nearby restaurants and pubs. (However, it is acceptable trade off for such convenience location at the central London). The toilet has room for improvement. (such as the shower box door couldn't be closed properly. washing machine was damp and not cleaned )

SACO staffs are all very helpful and responsive ! Great location if you want to stay near UCL and stone throwing distance from Underground station (Russell Square)

The following are our comments but be sure non of them will prevent us from booking the same place again: A. The kettle was not working. B. Improper drainage in the shower. Water accumulates and slowly descends. Probably not fixed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location (tube, busses, pubs, supermarket) A lovely 1 bedroom flat for a family of 3. Very clean. We'll recommend it to friends and book again in the future.

The accommodation is tired looking now. We had a one bedroom office apartment, they had pushed a large desk into the living room, the electric plugs were behind it, you had to push it out from the wall to get to them. There was a wall mirror partially covered by a cupboard, the side of which was all scratched. The decor is tired. The whole apartment needs a revamp.

The location is fantastic, cafe's and restaurants abound. The staff are lovely.

Very warm apartment due to hot pipes located in the bathroom. Missing of air conditioning. One must always keep windows and door open. This situation has amplified the problem of screams and shouts coming from people who stay late at night on the street
