The mattress in the master bedroom wasn't the comfiest but did me okay for 2 nights

O Perfect location, everything you need for a caravan stay. Plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms

Gas cooker takes forever to cook food, the gas heater doesn’t work well so used the plug in heater which helped heat the caravan up, dvd player has loose connections so it’s not always a clear picture. Toilet was a bit smaller for manoeuvre but other wise very clean. Tried to sweep the floor but the broom handle isn’t secure so made it difficult to sweep. Had to ask reception for directions as the address was very clear so struggled to find the caravan at first. Extension lead sparks when plugging in an item.

Spacious property with 3 bedrooms. Loved the balcony. Comfy sofa. Parking available quite close to the caravan. Only about a 5 minute drive from fantasy island.

1 there was a question on taste where they're repaired the main sofa from obviously damaged that happened in the past didn't like the style of the repair but that is just taste there were a couple of snags that shouldn't have been within the caravan the tools and equipment to tidy up and clean up were damaged and therefore made it harder to clean The facility such as seating for outside were damaged so that becomes difficult however it was a pleasant balcony well maintained and good The bedrooms the cleanliness of the mattress obviously they were used and so therefore there will be marks and stains however as a customer it's never good to see them obviously in the headboards and other bits and pieces like wallpaper and stuff like that there were some that were stained in you could obviously see the age How weather I was on Eastern frank with the vendor we do feel that it was value for money we had a pleasant time the caravan did the job that it was supposed to do would we stay again in its current condition the answer would be no would we stay again if the vendor updated the caravan the answer would be yes The site in particular had some facilities it had a Morrisons which was reasonable but somewhat pricey considering it's a supermarket The restaurant on site was poor on entertainment the facilities were not as clean as they should be considering they are supposed to be a five-star restaurant within the area you did not get the restaurant vibes we did eat there the food was expensive and the the delivery was very lacking I had mashed potato bangers and mash basically now we know when you have restaurant mash mash needs to be filtered so therefore it should be smooth and shouldn't have any lumps in it this was clearly a homemade mash had lumps in it and although the taste was reasonable and good the quality clearly wasn't there the sausages weren't too bad you really when it comes to sausages it is what it is and my other family...

It was good value it did have all the facilities required within the caravan however the Hoover attachment was broken the chairs for sitting on the balcony where damaged and some were broken so for larger people they couldn't sit on those chairs which we did make the vendor aware beforehand that my disciple of mother who is on crutches would require some extra facilities

I hated the fact that cleaning is essential, and everything was disgusting, sorry. But the thing was dirty, the sofa was disgusting and the cushions were disgusting. I would advise them to at least wash the sofa and put a cover on it. The cushions are the same. just wash. the floor full of hair from other people who had already been there, the duvets full of hair, the pillows all disgusting. the entire caravan was full of dust. even the toilet lid had coconut on it. I was really disappointed with the cleanliness. Obviously, once there, there was no going back. My husband and I cleaned everything, disinfected everything, and took our pillowcases and sheets, which made us feel more at ease. the sofa I bought cleaning products from Tesco and put them on the sofa in the pillowcases and as we had too many sheets we put them on top of the sofa and swept the entire carpet with a broom as the vacuum cleaner doesn't have enough power to clean. The complaint I have is the essential cleaning of the entire caravan.I will be back. But please follow my advice regarding cleaning the caravan and new duvets and pillows and washing the sofa and putting covers on it to make it beautiful and very cozy. and I will recommend it to friends and family for sure

the caravan is spacious, comfortable, everything has everything we need. Everything is well located. close to everything, about 10 minutes by car, there is Lidl, Tesco, Morrison. There are restaurants. There are plenty of fun areas. the beach we can walk in fun too. everything is wonderful for families.

The facilities could have been better, appliances worked but old, the toilet was small, shower head no power, in need of refurbishment. Some lights did not work.

The caravan it's self is a little worn and tired. Curtains falling down due to brittle curtain hooks, sofa ripped, damp/mould in main bedroom above window. Extractor fan in kitchen not working. Seal on shower doors and shower wasn't very powerful

Good communication throughout. Pillows and duvets were clean and good quality, looked new. Lovely selection of games/DVDs Seating on decked area was nice touch

Couldn't get the boiler to work but the owner did offer to send someone round. I would book again because apart from that we did enjoy our stay.

It was a nice location. Clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Lovely restaurant near by and local shop.

Sofa quite worn. Heating didn't seem to work well. Muddy door mate on entering caravan. No bath mat. No hand soap in bathroom. Not enough toilet roll in bathroom

Boiler had a open flame and didn't light with out a lighter, decking had empty beer can on, the first bedroom stank of stale sweat.

Was very cold first night as gas bottle was empty but replaced next morning My partner disabled and couldn't sleep in bed as couldn't get comfy I was fine in bed and thought comfy

Multiple sweets and 2 false nails left in clear view on carpet around the caravan so had not been hoovered, otherwise caravan was clean. No arrival instructions sent, caravan was not easiest to find as no directional signage on site. Confirmation email implies owner will be there as says photo id and credit card will need to be shown on arrival, when in fact is a key safe, so need code to get in, which we hadn't been sent. Easily resolved by a phone call to owner, but we did wait around for a bit to see if owner would turn up to let us in. But minor tweaks that could easily be resolved

Location- close to Fantasy Island, excellent meal in Woody's, caravan had all of the basics required, beds comfy and heating worked well. Good value for the price.

No direction signs to find the caravan The caravan was old and dated the bed was so bad you could feel every spring and did not have any good nights sleep, the curtains had stains on them and hanging of the rails in places and the toilet was so small you could barely turn around in it ,the sofa had bad patches of wear and uncomfortable

Found worms in the kitchen stove , was informed about a bin but there was no bin . One of the rooms lights did not work at all and kids were scared to go in at night. Other 2 rooms had mold which was leaving a strong smell that would not leave no matter how long we left the window open or sprayed the room.

The bed springs were so hard, digging into us. It was like sleeping on rocks. Not comfortable at all which resulted in 2 nights sleep being disturbed.

They was mould in the big bedroom they was dirty boxers and socks under the bed the over was dirty so we could not cook in it so had to eat out the sofa was full of dog hairs and the shower was not powerful

It was a lovely caravan that had everything that you needed from a washing machine to a walk in shower. It was within walking distance to everything and it had a bar and restaurant on site and morrions local. The neighbours were also very friendly too. The patio was a lovely treat too especially as we had a lot of warm weather when we were there.

The property is so neat and everything needed to make yourself comfortable is in it. It’s close to some of the parks. The owner of the property is very nice and responds to your messages immediately and always send help if needed.
