Metal bunkbeds creak... very noisy when someone turns or moves.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. There were good kitchen facilities and everything was clean.

Room needs locker facility

Location, short walk into city centre. Cheap price. Ideal place to stay if going to a gig in town ( throw bag in, back late, bed). Shower was decent. Check in was super fast, seemed like a friendly chap

The blooming doors! Every single time someone left or entered their rooms there was an almighty bang, not ideal at 7 am when we didn't have to be up and out! Also not ideal that the group of notes staying next to us got home at 3/4 am and sat in the communal room chatting loudly while we were trying to sleep, but I totally get that's the nature of the beast when staying at a hostel

A warm and helpful welcome greeted us. We were grateful for the option to have a private room which was spacious and did the job for an evening in Leeds visiting the Arena for a concert. Also chuffed with the 10% discount at The Editor's Draught where we went for dinner. Breakfast facilities plus teas and coffees, etc, were an added bonus we weren't expecting!

Not the fault of the hostel, but my room temp was tropical as the other occupants were used to warmer climes and it made getting to sleep very difficult! The bathrooms were a little grimy, mould on the blinds and stained floor - nothing serious but a little icky. Didn't like having to use the back door after dark - the outdoor light wasn't great and it felt a little unsettling as a lone girl walking into a nearly-unlit carpark area to get back into the building!

Location was perfect - 5 mins from train station and town centre. Had a kitchen and lounge area with equipment all free to use and complimentary breakfast bar with all sorts of niceties. Manager was kind enough to accept an Amazon parcel for me when I had to make an emergency order! Room door and building had number locks, nice and secure, and I liked the 10pm-7am silent time to ensure peaceful sleep time.

I can't say anything was not good for the price. If not for them I would have no options for accommodation in the area. The area looks a bit rough but not too bad. A Tesco is close.

Communicative staff. For the price it was great for a humble musician like me. One can help themselves to bread tea coffee milk cereal etc. all day!

The room I stayed was right below the 2nd floor washroom so I could hear water running. It was a bit noisy

as said for this price can’t complain but would be great to fix ventilation in the bathroom (a bit smelly and black mold), get more comfortable mattresses and have more sockets in rooms i g closer to beds

great place for this price. have kitchen, they even offer some free snacks (bread, cereals, milk etc). note that they don’t give towels. the receptionist guy was nice and welcoming and always helpful. a lot of construction sites around but wasn’t really bothered (almost didn’t hear)

A basic but clean queit and comfortable room. Good toilet and shower facilities. I just had coffee cereal and toast for breakfast but there were other options plus cooking facilities if you bring your own supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Only one thing, the lady who checked me in accidentally gave me the wrong door code to get back in so I was trying the door for over 10 minutes before I eventually got through to someone on the intercom who came to let me in.

Friendly staff, decent price, in a quiet location, reasonably comfortable. I didn't use any of the facilities but there was plenty of breakfast and tea/coffee available.

Lots of tower block construction in the area - some building site noise.

Friendly check-in. Comfy bed in warm room. Good shower & free breakfast (cereals, toast, conserves, tea, coffee). Small kitchen & appliances also useful. My 2nd stay. I will be back again.
