We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very cosy accommodation in a great location in North Shore. Always enjoy my stays here when visiting family and when running in races. The room is cosy and bed was very comfortable Peter and his partner are very friendly and make sure your stay is the best it can be. The breakfast options are great . It's also unbeatable value for money

United KingdomThe room I was in was very cold , this was in our British summer..I was glad of the warm blanket provided in my room. I went into a friend's room and you could feel the heat as soon as you walked in.
The room was a good size, bed very comfortable . Breakfast was excellent with a choice of either beans or tomato .juice and toast. Excellent location for the train station

United KingdomThere was not a guest lounge or bar, which may have given the hotel more personality. It was absolutely fine but a little impersonal and formal for my taste.. The shower in the single room was cramped, and the hot water took a long time to run through, as explained by one of the notices for guests. .
Everything was clean and tidy. The location and price were very good . The breakfast was well cooked, efficiently served, and quite adequate with good produce.

Was welcomed by Pete and allowed to check in before 3pm. Room was small but comfy. Facilities for hot drinks provided. Cooked English Breakfast included in the price which was already a fantastic price for an overnight night stay. Location to train station and promenade perfect.
