The lift was very cramped. Noise carried from the street early in the morning (deliveries, bins etc) but that couldn’t be helped.

The flat was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was excellent.

Beds were adequate, but not very comfortable. Heating zones were inconsistent so some of the apartment was hot while others were cold.

Location was fabulous, and apartments were secure and easy to access. Luggage storage was handy and appreciated as we used it both before check in and after checking out. The layout was nice and the self catering kitchen was handy and sufficient for our late naught snacks and desserts. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The beds were a little small and there was mould on the windows in the main bedroom room widows and the ensuite .windows.

I emailed multiple times prior to arrival in Edinburgh to request a change in my booking to a 3 bedroom from a 2 bedroom. And that I would pay the difference. Replied that there was 1 available, but as I was mid flight and didn’t receive the message until landed in Edinburgh and rang immediately (3 hour window) that apartment had been rented in the meantime. Very disappointing communication.

Brilliant location and layout of apartment for family or multiple couples. Beautiful decor and practical. Great heating.

The only thing we can think of was that it was a little noisy on the Main Street, but this really can’t be helped! Just thinking of something to put in the box!!

The property was massively spacious, extremely clean and had fantastic facilities. It was in a perfect location minutes away from all the best attractions. Very impressive place to stay!

Mould in ensuite bathroom on the blinds is a bit gross. Window/door to rear bedroom needs to be replaced as rotting and very damp. Needs to be double glazed. Unable to prop any doors open as very heavy internal doors, could feel a bit stuffy.

The location was amazing but we paid for it with the noise in front bedrooms from the pub next door. Early morning trucks and keg deliveries. Loud patrons. The property is very well supplied. And clean. The large velvet modular was so comfy to sit on after a day of walking.

Electricity cut off in the evening.

The room is spacious. Kitchen and other amenities is great. Easy access with pin code. Can accomodate up to 6 person. Living room amazing and sofa is very big!
