Loved this place on the Royal Mile. Close to everything, and also a comfy place to have a quiet evening or two. Easy access with a numbered code. Beds were great, kitchen was easy to use, living room was spacious and had a great view. We would definitely stay here again.

The doors all spring closed. Probably a result of a fire code. It would be nice to leave the kitchen/living room door open

Didn’t like that we were charged extra for bedding when we only had two people in the apartment because we used the couch. Beds were not very comfortable.

The luggage storage is wide open. It should have a door and a lock code in it.

The location was pretty awesome. It's in the heart of Royal Mile. It's a walking distance to all tourist attractions and landmark. The property is clean and had a modern design into it.

The stairway is a little narrow and not totally accessible, as it is a spiral (there is the option of the lift, just letting folks know about the stairs). The 3-bedroom suite has a zig-zag hallway in the center, making it a little difficult to navigate a stroller (or accessibility device). The lighting in the bathroom could be improved. The showers had swinging glass doors that didn't fully close. It might be a challenge for some body types. We paid extra to use bedding. There wasn't an obvious place to fit the cot, so we worked out a way to use the mattress on the floor for my toddler. Everyone was happy! The washer/dryer machine is combined, so it isn't very efficient. We appreciated the ability to wash things and made lots of use of the drying racks, which were essential.

We stayed 5 nights and the location was exceptional. We were able to come and go easily, using our keycode on the door. The elevator access made arrival and departure days much easier. We loved having a kitchen and common room to hang out. The bedrooms were small but perfectly appointed. The windows opened and offered views of the street and the nearby architecture. There was very little street noise, considering the proximity to ideal restaurants and attractions. We loved that the apartment was near the train station and right in the middle of the Royal Mile, making it easy to get anywhere we wanted!

The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The location of the apartment was fantastic it was on the Royal Mile, very close to shoos restaurants bars and tourist attractions . I would definitely go back if I ever returned to Edinburgh.

I love the design of the house , there are 5 people of us and each of us have our own space. The bed was so comfortable too . The most I love about this house is their kitchen ! 🤍🤍🤍 It’s open concept kitchen and it is so convenient for us to make a light breakfast. Overall I’m happy and satisfied with our stayed here !

The 3pm check in wish it was earlier

The location was great right on the mile, great that u can drop your bags before you get to go in the apartment, so you didn't have to carry bags around. Lovely clean and spacious
