The caravan was so cosy and comfortable, really well equipped with everything (and more) that we could need. Would definitely stay here again. The photos don't do it justice.

The caravan is modern, very clean and in a quiet location. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything and more that you would need. The children were impressed by the toys at the caravan, there was a good range of books, DVD and card games. The bedding was very fresh and clean and we all slept very well due to the comfort of the beds, including the sofa bed. Overall it was one of the best caravans we have stayed in and we would certainly book again. It is within easy reach of a good range of supermarkets, take-away providers and lovely beaches.

No negatives about the site. Our satnav seems to prefer really narrow lanes, with grass up the centre and few passing places, to road with white lines in the centre. It really enjoyed its holiday.

A well looked after site in the countryside, with very friendly and helpful staff. We have not explored this area before and will be coming back to see more in the future.

Lovely home from home feeling, clean spacious and comfortable. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Little essentials shop in reception and the castle club house with a restaurant. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone . Hoping to book again for next year!

The caravan was beautiful, it had some lovely personal touches, as well a cupboard of toys and all the stuff you would need for your short break The caravan park was lovely and quiet and the staff were really friendly and welcoming

Can't rate our stay at Roxbury luxury caravan enough. Checking in was a doddle thanks to the directions sent by the host - and I loved that we could just arrive any time we wanted, as we went straight to the beach when we got to Devon and didn't get to the site til much later. The caravan had everything you could want and more; books, DVDs, magazines (which I expected to be years old, but were up to date!), an abundance of clean towels and bedding, plus all the added kitchen amenities you might need like tin foil, cling film. My partner and I both brought our own single cup cafetieres so we could have decent coffee, but we needn't have bothered as there was a large cafetiere in the kitchen (there was even a toast rack)! Honestly couldn't have wanted for anything more, except for some salt and pepper ;) The caravan was really comfortable and clean, and very spacious. The only thing to be aware of is that there's no signal whatsoever on the site, and no free WiFi; but you can pay £5 for 24 hours access which is pretty reasonable. Both myself and my partner worked remotely for a few hours on our second day, and we purchased the WiFi and were both able to have video calls on Teams, which was great. There was a point in the evening where the WiFi was down for a while, but it was no biggy and is to be expected in such a remote location. The site itself is close to so many attractions and stunning parts of the coast; and the scenery surrounding it is gorgeous. On the Sunday we were there it was a completely clear night and while I was hanging out my bikini to dry on the veranda I saw a shooting star! Honestly loved our stay, and for the price it was an absolute bargain. 100% would go back, especially if we can stay in the luxury caravan again! One last thing to note is that when we arrived the fridge freezer hadn't been emptied and was full of things like butter, milk etc.
