We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about this property is perfect from the staff to the beautifully comfortable rooms and stunning restaurant and bar areas. Loved this overnight stay and could easily go back for a longer visit. Views over the sea while having dinner made for a very enjoyable experience.

United KingdomThe blinds in our room outside the bathroom did not close fully. The Air Conditioning did not work properly during the first night of the stay, but it worked fine on the 2nd night.
The room was very clean and beautiful along with the view from the room was just fantastic. We liked the rustic touch given to the room with the working vinyl player and the telephone. The room service was very good. The food was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly.

United KingdomThe lamps by the bed didn’t work but I wasn’t that fussed, not enough to call / ask for help. I was also told to “wait 5 minutes” for a call back when calling down for room service which I found a big strange but not a big issue.

United KingdomIt’s quite pricey for what you get. You could get the shower cap in the room without having to ask for one every time. Room service a little underwhelming- came warm not hot and bits missing . These things led me to give an 8/10 only. Otherwise. Generally love this place. Come often for work.

United KingdomThe hotel can get pretty busy when there are functions on, which gives the place a buzz but which can make the bar and public rooms feel crowded at peak times.
The location is excellent with great views out across the estuary giving the hotel a bright and airy feel. Rooms are very nicely decorated, breakfasts great and staff/service outstanding.
