Noisy from the property next door. But never lasted too long.

The hosts, Sheila and Phil, were so lovely, warm and welcoming, couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was cooked fresh and tasted delicious. The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. They left a bottle of bubbly in our room for my Husbands birthday. Location is great. Highly recommended, will be returning again next year.

Everything was absolutely fine.

Breakfast time was flexible. Choice of fresh fruit, fresh juice and breakfast was freshly cooked. Various breads for toast and freshly baked croissants.

This is a 4* guest house that I would actually rate as a 5* The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need - including chargers for your phone. The breakfast is cooked to order and you’re even asked what time you’d like it served! Shelia & Phil are just perfect hosts - friendly, knowledgable and make excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. Phil even helped plan our route home after he discovered there were long delays on the M5. I can’t recommend this guest house highly enough - it’s worth planning a trip to Weston Super Mare just to stay here. It’s the best Guest House we’ve stayed in, and trust me we’ve stayed in a few! Parking on the street can be difficult but there is a large car park behind the Rosita not even a 5 min walk away. Thank you Sheila & Phil, we had a fabulous stay with you and we will be back.

The electric shower was a bit 'tired', far from a refreshing experience! Not sure if the water pressure might be affected on the top floor? Also, just a small point, although we were very lucky with parking, and parked directly outside in the street both days for free, the place was advertised as Free Parking...which implies something different, we were informed of the fact that they don't actually have their own car park, but not until immediately after we had booked.

Sheila & Phil were very friendly hosts. - Great customer service. Thank you. Rosita is a small guest house, spread over 3 floors, it is in a great location near the northern end of Weston, 2 mins walk from the seafront. We had a good size room, the breakfast was top quality & Sheila could not have been more accommodating ! Understanding that the present owners are relatively new here, a refresh is visibly in progress, :-) In my opinion, a bit like a lot of Weston, this place has a feel that it is definitely on the way up ..... rather than in decline, like most seaside towns in this country :-(

On Booking website offers free parking but actually should be clear that unless space in very narrow road outside guest house then need to park in pay and display car park behind property at £6 for 24 hours. Hosts advised this on email but had already booked and paid for room.
