Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was perfect, just a short walk from the main pier. Lots of shops and restaurant on the street and a stones throw from the Great Orme tram ride. Breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone. Staff were all so friendly, couldn’t fault any of them.

United Kingdomthe scenery from our window was just a small courtyard with plants in pots. that's about it, would of been nice to watch the world go bye. Still small price to pay when everything was good.
it was a lovely cooked breakfast every morning and the continental was as good, you could have as much or little as you wanted it was self service. the hotel is well placed for walking down to the pier or shops plenty of food places and cafes there are two places that we liked for eating ( home cooking ) and ( snooze ) both a little pricey but well worth it but you need to book and also the pizza restaurant opp. snooze you need to book in advance.

Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Customer service and interactions with all staff was ace! location was perfect and the breakfast was brilliant. Staff allowed us to check in early as the room was ready, the bathroom and bedding was spotlessly clean.

United KingdomRoom had a faint cigarette smell, only one socket in rm that you had to move the kettle to to use. No lock on bathroom in a family room would have been appreciated. Quite expensive for what it was. £280 for a family of four for two nights.
