I was out late at night doing some photography work, on my return in the early hours of the morning, I was concerned about waking other residents with the squeaky floorboards. Bed was also too soft for me and squeaky too, but I appreciate beds are a tricky subject, we all like different comforts... but these were very minor topics, not a big deal whatsoever.

Great location to access Weymouth & Portland. Easy parking, excellent host, very friendly, helpful and attentive. Lovely home cooked breakfast and plenty off it, properly sets you up for the day. Only discovered that you could also use the conservatory and there was beer & wine available as I packed up to leave... lovely touch. I would and hope to be back later in the year, thank you Linda & Bob.

For price - nothing

Our twin bedroom was snug with shared bathroom. Not normal preference but in comparison to several other options I was considering this was value for money and fine for two nights. Bathroom only shared with one other guest room Two good nights sleep , good filling breakfasts, lovely hosts plus Rollo the most beautiful friendly and gentle golden Lab/ Retriever to greet you on arrival if a dog lover but will stay in the background if animals are not your thing. We had difficulty booking a restaurant and the hosts let us eat a takeaway in the dining room. In addition lovely back garden. Would come again

we had to share a bathroom with another room but the owners had only just brought the property and are making plans to change this and it was cleaned regularly

The breakfast was the best that we had received whilst staying in a hotel .The owners and there lovely daughter could not do enough for us. It was immaculately clean through out with lovely touches in the room .It had coffee, tea facilities ,hairdryer with shower gel and hair products and a much appreciated fan. We even sat in the lovely garden at night with a bottle of wine.

The frontage of the property, needs a little makeover, but once inside the property is beautiful and clean.

The owners were extremely friendly and the breakfast excellent. Also to note was the lovely garden, which guests are allowed to enjoy with beverages available, upon request. Location was good, with a great little boozer very close by called the Park.
