Our bathroom was compact and it was difficult to use the washbasin because of the shelf over it! The other thing I would not want to experience again were the two French bull dogs which were allowed in the dining room during dinner and breakfast. The noises they made were not pleasant. I was not aware dogs were allowed in the Guest House.

We spent one night here and it was on our way for The Rob Roy Way. We had a nice Italian meal here. We were welcome to use the sun lounge and another lounge within the house.

Lovely, classic bed and breakfast in rural location with very friendly and helpful owners. Parking was on site. Before arrival we were offered, and accepted, an Italian evening meal, home cooked by the man of the house with an additional reasonable charge.

Great overnight stay. We had a fabulous stay in mountain view room. Lovely comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom with roll top bath. Excellent hosts. If your looking to unwind and relax this is the place for you. We will definitely be back.

Eating dinner was limited. The host did provide soup and a desert which was lovely but just a bit early for me to eat. Very kind of them to do this for me though.

Honestly the only thing that wasn't exceptional, but expected in an older home, was that our bathroom was across the hall. But they provided robes and we were on the top level so was very private even crossing over from bedroom to bath.

Sharon and Davide are fantastic hosts with a beautifully historical home. The breakfast every morning was top notch getting us ready for a day of hiking. We also were able to enjoy a 3 course dinner that was a LOT of yummy food where we could relax with the other guests. Room / bed was comfortable with views out to the mountains. Great deal and location for enjoying the Trossachs.

Very nice and cozy place. The hosts were lovely and the whole atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable. Great rooms and excellent breakfast. The garden was beautiful and you could see lots of birds and some chickens.

A very nice guesthouse with traditional style. The room was newly renovated and bathroom very fresh. The owners are extremely friendly and cooked a nice Italian dinner in the evening. There was also a nice garden for relaxing moments. Highly recommended.

We had the Italian 3 course dinner and it was delicious. Perfect after a.long day of travelling. Treated to lovely scotish breakfast as well. We had a lovely stay at the Rosebank. We really liked the layout of the rooms we booked. We had a double bedroom and a twin room with the bathroom in between. We also paid for an evening meal and we really enjoyed it. The breakfast was also very good. We wished we had booked a longer stay!
