Nitpicky negatives only - microwave buttons almost invisible in the dimmed lighting - we needed to use a torch to see to operate it! A few scuff marks already on the paintwork in this otherwise very clean and quite new hotel - easily fixed and would make the room we were in even better.

Lovely comfortable boutique hotel in my favourite part of London - Chiswick ('a village in the middle of the city'). Five minutes walk to Turnham Green Underground Station with easy links to all of London and round the corner to all the shops and eateries on Chiswick High Street. Quality kitchenette, really comfy bed, great laundry facilities and a welcoming lounge downstairs. Nice degree of quirkiness in the decor (not over the top). My favourite feature was the delightful window seat in our room with lots of cushions to cosy up in! We had a red wine spill on said window seat and the staff were very understanding and it immediately became a none issue - big bonus points!

i'm not sure if i'm a fan of whatsapp concierge, but i guess that's the direction hotels are moving towards. the washers and dryers could definitely be better maintained, although they provide ample laundry detergent and softener.

it was an easy walk from the nearest station (and you might get to cut through a small park which we did!), lush plants greet you at the entrance, and the room was so comfortable and functional.

Couldn't book disabled parking space

Perfect location, near Turnham Green tube, and buzzy Chiswick High Road, with its Sunday market at the end of the road, and close to lots of great cafes and restaurants. Loved its eco credentials too. Also had live music in the bar on Friday night.

Honestly, nothing. I never feel compelled to write reviews but this time there was literally nothing that displeased me and that deserves a special mention.

I love the little things which make you feel at home, the well equipped kitchenette. The glass milk bottle for you to take to the bar and get fresh milk! I love it here! The staff were lovely and welcoming.

The location was relatively quiet and nice. There were cafes etc in the area and even though the location isn't central, everything was accessible via public transit.

At the time, there were construction work in front of the hotel entrance and the machinery was loud during the morning and early afternoon. The room is smaller than shown in the picture, from my memory. No drawers to put clothes, just a small area to hang your clothes.

Location is close to a lot of shops and restaurants, but is still quiet as it is in a residential neighborhood. The little kitchen was well equipped and I find very convenient.
