Met by host. Very friendly and welcoming. Lots of wee extras, like biscuits, drinks, and plenty left in fridge for breakfast ... enough to take a packed lunch (with hosts permission).

A small table or larger vanity in the bathroom is needed to put your toiletry bag on. Although very comfortable, the bed is on the small side for two adults.

Th owner is a wonderful accommodating and friendly host that makes you feel at home. The rooms are on the first floor with private entrances at the back of the residence. The house was designed and constructed as a B&B, with smartly designed features. Although the room is on the smaller side, it is efficiently designed with a nice size bathroom. Full-size tub and shower. A very large assortment of quality breakfast items provided in the room kitchen nook. Very convenient off-street parking in front of the B&B. Very comfortable bed and linens. Impeccably clean. Plenty of USB ports on each side of the bed, motion senor foot lights in the hall and bathroom, great design features.

Nothing can fault this place whatsoever, The ensuite has a bath so nice to relax after a long hard day at work. The host welcomed you with open arms and is very helpful. there is a restaurant just over the road to have a lovely meal from

The location was perfect and absolutely gobsmacked with the room was way above my expectations and the Host provided everything i needed. Looks onto a golf course and has a decking area just outside your French doors. Very quite and peaceful too

Everything was perfect from the beginning when we met Gillian to all the food that was in the fridge and the cleanliness of the apartment ! What a pleasure to take a bath after a day of hiking ! From the house, you can make a beautiful hike to see the beach and the New Slains Castle ! Thank you again for everything !

A tiny bit hard to find, so look at the photos or be prepared (we weren’t) but Gillian actually came out to meet us. What service!!! It is tucked right up against the side of the river with a shared driveway.

11 out of 10 - new and beautiful, with the host making everything feel luxurious. Massive bathtub and comfy bed. The breakfast was all pre-setup in the mini-fridge so we could do what we wanted when we were ready. We felt bad that we ended up being late due to weather and Gillian was so accommodating - meeting us out front in the rain!

Very clean and wonderful attention to detail. Right by the river so lovely sleeping with the window open, listening to the water. Great position with two places to eat and the beach within walking distance. Gillian was very welcoming and left a very full continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

Everything was great

The room exceeded our expectations. Gillian welcomed us with a smile and you can tell that she enjoys hosting. The room was spotless and fresh and full of little details that made our stay very comfortable. There was even a bottle of Prosecco for us! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and the shower is brilliant. We slept really well and we'd love to come back! Thank you for a great stay.

The location was in the centre of all amenities and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful soft sands of Cruden Bay beach. Breakfasts were continental and were fresh every morning. If we needed anything, we only had to request it
