Everything!! Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean. Everything catered for and more. We felt totally spoilt from the minute we arrived. Thank you so much, Ronnie and Martin. Excellent communication. The apartment is perfectly located. Car park just opposite with 24 hour parking for a reasonable £8.10. A very short walk, and you are in the town centre. We booked a two night stay as we were seeing British Lion who were performing at the Arts Centre on Saturday evening. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend. Thank you to everyone involved.

The pictures don’t do this property justice, it was so clean and you had everything you needed was there and it was very close to the town centre. Absolutely loved this stay, one of the best places I have had the pleasure of booking. Hopefully I can book at another that I’m in Colchester. The staff were super helpful and really patient.

A bit noisy due to the road in front of the building.

Lovely, very centrally located apartment with everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathtub in the bathroom is great.

Could do with a few more sharp knives for cooking, but we managed, and the fridge freezer and cooker were new and excellent.

Spacious, well designed apartment, easy walking distance to the Castle and High Street shops. Our host, Martin, was very hospitable and helpful. There were cans of lager and coke in the fridge, together with fresh milk, tea and coffee. All in all, very welcome after navigating the rush hour traffic in Colchester

Everything was fine.

The apartment was impeccably clean with tasteful and uncluttered décor. Check-in was clear and the treats in the fridge were very welcome! Communication with the host was very good and he was on hand in case of any issues. Highly recommended.

Key didn't turn easily in lock so getting in and out of the property could take some time. Noise could sometimes be heard from flat above when people were moving around.

The personal touch - helpful things like milk and treats in fridge, fans available for hot weather, plenty of thoughtful detail. The property was also really clean and well-maintained.

Absolutely fantastic apartment! Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. I cannot rate this property highly enough!! It includes a computer, televisions both the bedroom and lounge, comfortable couch and so much more. A really well equipped kitchen plus complimentary drinks and tea and coffee etc. The host really has thought of everything and communication was first class. It's location is fantastic and really close to the bus and train station. It is also close to the castle, shops and restaurants etc while still be peaceful. The pictures don't do it justice. You won't be disappointed.

Martin is the perfect host, he was warm & welcoming, We could check in a little earlier. His home was perfect for our needs, very spacious & clean. Short walk to Colchester town, would go back.

The only criticism I have and it’s not to do with the property itself & it maybe out of the owners control but whoever resides upstairs has rather “heavy” feet & appears to enjoy doing laps of their flat which can be rather noisy.

The property was absolutely superb! Tastefully decorated, spacious & there was everything you could want/need during your stay. The main road is busy during the day but at night it quietens down & it’s fair to say the bed of dreams will aid getting you to sleep.

probably ventilation, its crucial to open the windows as people passing by the walk path might bump themselves
