The apartment is right across from the Roman Bath. Possibly the best location in all of Bath. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and well equipped.

Beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated flat in the centre of town. Beautiful view over the Roman Baths and my mum loved people watching while having her morning coffee or waiting for us to get ready. Nicely equiped kitchen and bathroom too.

Nothing, really. For some people, given the location right next to the Roman Baths, the noise from the buskers might have been a problem but we generally enjoyed listening to them and they finished about 6pm. Some noise from people going home at night from the bars but, again, part and parcel of being so central.

Fabulous location, well-equipped, clean and comfy flat, excellent communication from owner. Lovely welcome pack and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Main building was also well kept with a lift to the apartment. Everything was within very close walking distance.

The 2nd bedroom is very tight for space. The noise outside is a factor if you're sleeping in the main ensuite bedroom, delivery lorries during the night are frequent and the window cleaner came about 4am! The beautiful couches in the lounge are very low, not great for arthritic knees ,so definitely for a younger guest.

The apartment is stunning! The location is unbelievable, absolutely perfect 👌 cleanliness is outstanding and the finish of the whole place is expensive. Wonderful, beautiful place. The bedding is of great quality too.Bathrooms are high quality finish and spotlessly clean. Excellent kitchen with good quality crockery and glasses etc. The details in this place are well thought out and top notch quality to boot.....

Gaining access to the property was very easy with the instructions provided. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the town centre. The apartment looked newly renovated, and decorated to a high standard.

Main bedroom was small with limited area for suitcases for 2 people.

Central location so easy to walk to tourist attractions and restaurants. Large windows and light in living room and main bedroom. Attractive decor. Quick responses to questions.

Lift did not work again. Selected property based on elevator access as we are all seniors and carrying luggage and food supplies up many stair was difficult. No communication stating elevator was not working. It would have been polite. The couches are VERY wide and were not comfortable. We all had sore backs.

Excellent location, though a little loud. Most tourist attractions and shopping are close by. VERY clean and well stocked. Host very helpful and prompt in returning messages.

It's central - so it's VERY noisy at weekends all day with street musicians and at night with passing revellers - if you'll find that a problem go further from the centre!

The only thing that I could comment on was that, due to central location across the road from the Baths, the bins are emptied and deliveries are made really early in the morning. This is clearly very necessary, but I slept in the front room and I am a light sleeper, so it disturbed me. My friend was not affected, however! Just choose the back bedroom if you are a light sleeper! Having said this, I would definitely return to stay here.

Location was wonderful- very central. There was a welcoming bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and some nibbles on our arrival- appreciated. The apartment was beautiful. Host answered queries very quickly and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and would return here.
