You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very comfortable beds, extremely friendly, yet discreet owners. Quiet and intimate hotel. If we ever visit this part of UK again, we will definitely be staying there again.

SloveniaWe recently had the pleasure of staying for three days at a stunning Victorian-style Rockvale House bed and breakfast, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the kind and generous owners made us feel completely at home, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The house itself is a beautiful example of Victorian architecture, with cozy, impeccably clean rooms adorned with great furniture that enhances the historic charm. The hot showers were a comforting end to our chilly evening walks in the scenic neighborhood. Breakfast each morning was a delightful affair with a variety of delicious options, perfectly starting our day. The views from the property are undoubtedly the best in town, offering a picturesque setting that is both tranquil and inspiring. The location is superb, with the unique addition of an old-style cinema just 50 meters away. We enjoyed a lovely evening watching a movie with locals, which added a special touch to our experience. The area around the property offers great walks, ideal for exploring the local beauty and serene landscape. This place not only provided a wonderful stay but also left us with beautiful memories. We are already planning our return to what we consider the best place we've stayed in. Highly recommend for an authentic and exceptionally comfortable getaway!

The breakfast options were far and above the usual fare offered at B&B’s. Each and every morning a perfect, individually prepared breakfast chosen beforehand was served, exactly when requested. A fresh bottle of water along with a chocolate was replaced each day for each of us. The hosts ensured that our every need was met.

United KingdomThe only thing that could be improved was the decor as it was a little dated. However everything else more than made up for that and I would definitely stay there again.
Great host - she was super friendly and helpful and was able to accommodate everything we asked for. Fantastic breakfast - the Eggs Benedict was excellent as to was the homemade bread and jams. Super location and parking - the location is superb - everything is within easy walking distance and the there was ample on site parking with CCTV security. Fab room - it was spacious, very quiet, clean and the bed super comfy.

Great location, exceptional hosts, amazing breakfast. Room was comfortable clean and had all facilities available. Shower was great with an abundance of hot water all selection of soaps, shampoos provided. Phil and Ness greet you personally and do everything they can to make your stay the best experience. Ness adapted the breakfast to accommodate my dietary needs, and I didn't miss out on anything. The home made jam and marmalade is a delight in itself. There is a bar on the premises should you wish to partake, and nothing is too much bother. You are made to feel at home.

Hosts Ness and Phil were so very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was ready and we could book in straight away, although they already had said we could park there as early as we liked which was lovely. We had a beautiful spacious room with a view over Lynton. Breakfast was excellent and home made bread, jam and marmalade was a lovely surprise! A very comfortable stay, in a homely atmosphere, we hope to return sometime soon.
