The host was amazing, she did all the best from the moment we stepped in the property. The rooms are clean and all is new despite the fact the property is under improvements. Good value for the money and great location. We've been hugged when we left. Don't miss this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Booked at short notice but felt comfortable and welcome. I will recommend definitely. Winnie our lovely Cavapoo slept soundly through the night too.i reckon she loved it there as well. Thank you

When we arrived there at 3pm there was no heating it was a bit cold in the room it didn't come on till the following morning there was no headboard it had some damp on the wall above the bed it was very cold in bathroom no radiator

It was near the train station bed was very comfortable and duvet was nice and the pillows the lady was very nice asked me and my husband wanted breakfast

Heating didn’t work,old tv didn’t work and kettle didn’t work,on my arrival I got told it was £7 for a breakfast when it should of been free with the price I paid

No dedicated parking. But, Staff knew best parking spots available.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly. Great location. Very quiet hotel considering it's location. Very comfy bed and warm room. More than reasonable price.

The fact i had to ask the lady about the TV as it was not turing on they then fixed and said that I took the plug out she wrang me up toady and blamed me for taking the usb port from the TV and she also accused me or my dog weeing the bed absolutely disgusting and and when she wrang for not giving the key back yet I did amd she was taken the Mikey out of me because I said but really bad definitely would not recommend it to anyone no hot water and only hand towels were in the room I've been travelling for quite a few months amd this buy far is one of the worst I've ever gone to

No car park had to pay 14 pounds to stay in a car park overnight damp patches in ceiling. In my room one tea one coffee only in bedroom oh and no milk either breakfast not served until 10 am too late

Nothing to dislike. It's a clean, comfortable, friendly b&b that was perfect for an overnight business stay. I stayed in a single room but Vicky has larger rooms, even one with a four poster bed, for couples/families staying for longer leisure trips.

Close to the Blackpool North station and in the quieter end of Blackpool. Sea front a 5 minute walk for trams, lovely beach and North Pier. Extremely clean - I could smell the fabric Softener on the towels and bed linen. Excellent breakfast - catered for vegetarian me! Lovely, warm and friendly host - Vicky is a very kind and caring lady who goes out of her way to welcome and look after you.
