Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The host was amazing, she did all the best from the moment we stepped in the property. The rooms are clean and all is new despite the fact the property is under improvements. Good value for the money and great location. We've been hugged when we left. Don't miss this place.

United KingdomWhen we arrived there at 3pm there was no heating it was a bit cold in the room it didn't come on till the following morning there was no headboard it had some damp on the wall above the bed it was very cold in bathroom no radiator
It was near the train station bed was very comfortable and duvet was nice and the pillows the lady was very nice asked me and my husband wanted breakfast

United KingdomThe fact i had to ask the lady about the TV as it was not turing on they then fixed and said that I took the plug out she wrang me up toady and blamed me for taking the usb port from the TV and she also accused me or my dog weeing the bed absolutely disgusting and and when she wrang for not giving the key back yet I did amd she was taken the Mikey out of me because I said but really bad definitely would not recommend it to anyone no hot water and only hand towels were in the room I've been travelling for quite a few months amd this buy far is one of the worst I've ever gone to

United KingdomNothing to dislike. It's a clean, comfortable, friendly b&b that was perfect for an overnight business stay. I stayed in a single room but Vicky has larger rooms, even one with a four poster bed, for couples/families staying for longer leisure trips.
Close to the Blackpool North station and in the quieter end of Blackpool. Sea front a 5 minute walk for trams, lovely beach and North Pier. Extremely clean - I could smell the fabric Softener on the towels and bed linen. Excellent breakfast - catered for vegetarian me! Lovely, warm and friendly host - Vicky is a very kind and caring lady who goes out of her way to welcome and look after you.
