The staff were not the friendliest. I have recently had surgery and as a result have been on crutches / wheelchair for the past few weeks. The wheelchair unfortunately didn’t fit in the car. My partner rang the hotel and they said they would be as accommodating as possible. This was unfortunately not the case. I asked for breakfast (that we pre paid for) to be delivered to my room one morning as my partner was out and I couldn’t get to and from the bar on my own on crutches. The staff were unhelpful and said that I had to book the breakfast the day before if I wanted it delivered to my room. This was not explained on check in despite us raising the issue of my mobility. In general the staff were quite unfriendly and we felt as though everything we asked for (I.e bringing bags to room) was too much to ask for.

Was on day off in London for Sunday concert. Booked this hotel last minutes because friend decided to come on concert as well. Very satisfied with hotel and price for this time in Central London. Quick and flexible check in Room are big and clean. Enjoyed with pool, very comfortable like a spa. Quiet area for good sleeping. Good experience for come back again

It was little further by foot than we thought and ended up using Ubers more than we hoped we would have to.

Loved the facilities, room was amazing and it was within walking distance from Big Ben.

The only down side is closest metro stop, probably 10-15 min walking distance.

Really nice and modern hotel with all emenities that you may need. We stayed just for one night but it certainly exceeded our expectations. For this price range centrally located hotel in London, was superb! Breakfast is above other places in similar price range. Selection of food was outstanding, more than any person could need for breakfast! Hotel also located on river bank, and if you are lucky to get room to Westminster direction, evening views must be really nice/.

Rooms we small and dark and a little over glitzy (looked a touch tacky). Concierge staff were fantastic but the check in staff were sullen and almost felt like you were an inconvenience to thier day (hardly even looked you in the eye. To be part of the environmental programme (they don’t do house keeping, they give you a voucher for £10 off food in the restaurant or room service. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast you find out that it’s not valid for that - even though it’s food and in the restaurant??? Suited us for where what we were doing but poor service would have me questioning a return trip.

The location is exceptionally good, close to the most tourist points of attraction, the room was good and the stuff very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well, even after they got an engineer to check it, there wasn’t still much of a difference.

The location, the staff and the ambience in general was really great. Other interesting facilities like pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Love it.
