Sat nav sent me the wrong way at the crossroads but nothing wrong with my accommodation.

Position in regards to the racecourse and the rooms were very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. And i am sure if i needed anything Tracey would have been willing to help. All in all a good experience.

Shower was not hot, took ages to get just warm. Sink in the room gurgles quite loudly when the bathroom next door is used, bit annoying when you are in bed.

The room was really nice, quite a large room. Very comfortable bed.

Everything was excellent . The host Tracy was extremely welcoming and very helpful . The room was exceptionally clean ,the bed was huge and was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in.

The shared bathrooms i thought would be an issue but absolutely no problems at all.

Great place to stay when in Doncaster. Tracey and her lovely dog are the perfect hosts. Ive now stayed in three different rooms and each is well appointed & very comfortable. A short walk into the town centre and several bars, pubs & eateries. Will have no hesitation in staying again. Recommended.

Very welcoming host! Lovely comfortable room with everything we could need at hand. Beautiful view windows and even a chandelier over the cozy pillow covered bed.

Very pet friendly. Our border collie got a blanket to sleep on. Room was very cosy, beautifully furnished and bed comfortable. Room wasn’t en-suite but shower and toilet are right outside the room and has everything you need. Strong hot shower and hand dryer.

Absolutely loved the decor of the building. stayed in the king suite attic room really like the use of the little sitting area facilities of coffee and tea comfy seats having a television really well spaced out. Was just very cosy and intimate. The bed was amazing so comfortable so big especially with us being both tall people was so quiet. loved how we got a key for the building to get in if we were out on a night time and then obviously had our own key to get in. Owner was really friendly and really helpful and love the fact that she has her dog and her dog came and joined us when we were looking around the room I thought that was a nice touch. Definitely would go back again for Doncaster as me and my boyfriend don’t live together. Highly recommend if it’s just a couples night out or just want a nice little getaway. it is good for facilities around the area. Was very clean and well looked after will be going back.

I chose the attic room because I didn't want to share a bathroom. I like a dark room at night and with only a small window this worked well for me but the blind needs replacing, if you have no need to get up early. However, I am sure most folk travelling are up and about early enough to not have to worry about this minor detail. White sugar for my tea would have been nice too but again, a very minor detail.

Tracy and Woof were friendly and welcoming hosts. Tracy was very helpful with her local knowledge and Woof was very pleased to see me, every time he did. The location for me was perfect, with a 5 minute drive to where I needed to be in the morning and a short ten minute walk in to town for bars/restaurants, in the evening. A very comfortable bed and clean tidy room, including en suite.

Nothing major, toilet in the main bathroom would be nice but it was still private to us and not shared with other guests.

The room and bathroom were super spacious. Home from home feel, the bed was wonderful. The host was really friendly & helpful, if your a doggy lover, the guesthouse is also doggy friendly.
