The receptionist was extremely helpful when I needed an iron and when i needed to store my bags. Room was a good size. Breakfast is self service and easy. Good quality coffee.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low in the morning (I assume when everyone else was also showering).

Loved the apartment with the view over the park. It was very clean and well presented. Really handy having the fridge/oven.

Very good location. A few minutes walk to the city centre. Greta, the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful with information on directions, restaurants and hotel facilities.

Main shower head needed replacing, but that was minor.

Modern, clean, spacious and well kitted out apartment, with lovely views. Self check in was straight forward. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The fact that no map available to show where to park car eg car park directions. Instructions on unloading luggage in busy street with no space before having to find the car park which is 15 min walk away in the rain!!! Parking £20 a day. Small room with no desk and no luggage space no cupboards It’s not an Apartment even though it has a kitchenette - but pleasant view overlooking park Difficult for older people with own car It is called Queen Anne Terrace car park !!!

The bathroom door squeaked, and the shower head was tricky to stop dripping when turned off. So only trivial things, everything else was perfect!

The room was very smart, modern and clean, and had all the facilities you'd need to sort your own meals. There was a nice selection of teas and a biscuit too.

The room was cold. The air pump was turned on when I came into the room, but the air that was coming out was cold, not hot (despite it being the end of February!) The radiator in the bathroom was turned off.

The location is just perfect, walking distance from the station and central. It was exactly where I needed to be. The hotel is not fancy but it is just right for a quick stay. It is very clean, and all the basic things were provided (soap, a hairdryer, a lot of towels and some coffee and biscuits).

Breakfast choice was a bit limited. The studio facilities in my room were also limited, and only really allowed for reheating prepared food. A very modern decor throughout, so other than a couple of old windows and the staircase there is very little remaining of the original Regency building. A few Regency prints on the walls would have added to the ambience.

I stayed in one of the studio rooms with a view over Parker's Piece. Large, bright, clean and comfortable room. Excellent location - 10 minutes walk into city centre, and with many cafes and restaurants in the local area. Staff were very friendly
