United KingdomUnfortunately the breakfast was rather dissapointing there were no baked goods if you wished for a continental style breakfast, the cold offerings fruit etc were sparse, the cooked breakfast was of a good quality although the plates were cold and there was only one choice of egg, as the tea and coffee were not freshly made they weren't very hot this rather spoilt the breakfast experience.
The location waS convenient the staff helpful and friendly plenty of parking and good public spaces the dining room was pleasant and the dinner we had more than met our expectations it was well cooked and presented and most enjoyable .The room was worthy of its executive tag and was spacious and well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows overall we had a most enjoyable stay and would return without hesitation

Room was very clean. Tea/coffee making facility. Breakfast was good. I was allowed the use of a room to get changed into my suit before actually booking in.

United KingdomThe waiting staff and the barman were brilliant. Very attentive and welcoming. We had adjoining doors to our rooms which someone came to open them, which was brilliant as my mam was in a room on her own. The location was brilliant as we had came to see Highclere Castle.
The breakfast the first morning was cold. There were cobwebs all over the hotel and it was quite outdated. The spa receptionist was very unhelpful, arrogant and belligerent. He unfortunately took the spark out of the weekend because of this incident.

United KingdomThe hotel needs a bit of an update. The spare beds for the kids in the family room were very uncomfortable. The room was a good size but a bit worn, it needs renovating. Breakfast was not great. Choice was OK , could do with better options. Quality wasn't great. The orange juice was just orange squash, coffee was out of those big portable flasks and didn't taste great.
The gym was reasonably well equipped and the swimming pool was really good - the kids loved the pool area. Family room was big but needs some updating . Staff were friendly throughout

United KingdomThere was a wedding on our second night, the hotel does mention they have weddings, the wedding party itself had no impact on our stay, but the fact there was one there did detract from our evening meal. There was less menu choice than the first night and service was much slower, the staff weren't as attentive as the first night (not their fault as clearly they were very busy!). Appreciate staff are very hard to come by at present, but where possible it could be idea to ensure staffing covers all areas so hotel guests get the same experience each time.
Hotel was immaculate and the room very comfy. All general areas were very clean with great facilities including the pool etc. Breakfast was great, excellent choice and lots provided. Dinner on our first night was delicious and our waitress was fantastic. WIFI was really fast and free, which was a pleasant surprise as often this is advertised in bigger hotels, but doesn't deliver, so great addition to have. Free parking and plenty of it.

United KingdomMassage was not good value. Just a basic massage that in total was 20 mins once got started for £35. Nothing special. Lunch (sandwich) very basic £7 and had to send back at first as bread very dry. Hotel is a bit dated in places. Clean but a bit old.
Helpful staff. Dinner was excellent quality, rooms clean, good size and comfortable. Spa was nice, pool and steam/sauna very nice

United KingdomThe cleanliness of the room and bathroom was sporadic. One day the taps weren’t wiped, the floors were not vacuumed every day. If we put the odd towel(s) in the bath to be changed, the dirty ones would be taken and not replaced. It was as if they thought it was an Executive Double room with sole occupancy! We would have to ask Housekeeping for a towel(s).
The pool, jacuzzi & sauna really good and clean. The Spa treatment and their staff were lovely. When we had a Do Not Disturb day a bag of two towels, tea & coffee and shampoo and shower gel was left outside the door for us which I’ve never come across before. A very nice thoughtful thing the Regency Park Hotel does. The staff were great and the Hotel was understaffed but everyone pitched in crossing over their normal job roles. The carpets in the corridor were being cleaned by the Housekeeping staff with an machine to get them nice. Great place if you want a relaxing spa getaway.

United KingdomI requested oat milk or a dairy free alternative was available for in room coffee/tea etc which wasn’t responded to nor accommodated. So best bet is to take your own.
Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was ideal for what we needed, spacious, very clean and comfy. It was next to the lift which was initially concerning but we didn’t hear it at all.
