There was nothing I would change, apart from next time Ill book a sea view room.

I loved this hotel. I have never been to a 'dog friendly' hotel which actually was dog friendly. There is a specific lounge and restaurant for those people staying who had a dog and the dog was aloud to sit with you. Loved the staff at the hotel, we only stayed 2 nights but they remembered our names when we ordered drinks or our breakfast/dinner. Thank you Llandudno Bay Hotel, you exceeded my expectation and as promised I will be back. Sue Caller

This was a second stay, first stay was better, bed was bigger, this room was small and bed was under beams that you had to be careful not to hit your head on, the fire door slammed when shutting which woke us up, will ask not to be next to fire doors on our next stay , we do like the hotel, maybe our second stay was one of those things😀

Everything was perfect.

Everything was clean and we were made to feel really welcome. The views were great and we were only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre.

There were steps down into our room which was a bit awkward and the shower was in a little alcove of its own with nothing to cover so no privacy Apart from that room was fine nice Elemis toiletries and lovely shortbread biscuits and still and sparkling water

The lift was quite slow and because on the 2nd floor and travelling with my mum she couldn't manage the stairs but this wouldn't stop us from returning to the hotel .

The hotel was very relaxing it was very clean and the food was good we ate in the restaurant both nites . Loved the elemis products . Breakfast very good . Beds very comfy .

I have a minor disability in that I can not bend my right leg. This proved to be problematic when I entered or left the shower cubicle as the entrance was very narrow. A short flight of stairs in the 3rd floor corridor proved difficult for the same reason.

The location was excellent, and the staff were really most helpful. A very comfortable stay in a really friendly and pleasant environment.

The room we were in was very weird it has 4 steps to go down right by the door and then a slope into the room, the shower was a stand alone in the bedroom with no way of getting out with any privacy, ok maybe for married couples but not when I’m staying with my mum. the shower was very small not great for the larger lady. Sunday roast wasn’t up to standard the meat was very dry but meal we had next night very nice

Staff were very helpful friendly and cheerful. The tray in the room was fully stocked including some lovely shortbread and a nice coffee machine appreciated by my mum!

Only the carpet in my room, needed either cleaning or changing altogether. Very stained due to previous gusts spilling stuff on it and treading dirt in from outside. Everything else was great. The internet was somewhat confusing as it said it was insecure which I found odd for 4 class hotel, I was able to get it on but did'nt use for anything financial. I will ask when I visit again.

Loved the room, beautiful sea view. Staff lovely and will definitely stay again when I've saved up for another trip.
