Bathroom could of done with better cleaning as there was black marks on the grout. Rooms need to match bar area downstairs to make it more boutique. The chips tasted funny. Constant emails to upgrade was abit annoying. Not a I don't like but it would be good to delivery pizzas to the room maybe with some menus in the room?

The breakfast had a good selection but no marmalade. The location is about10 to 15 mins away from the pier was abit of a walk but nice along the sea front with plenty of benches to have a break if needed. The staff are really friendly. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Good room with hair dryer, fan, plenty of tea and coffee. I loved the shampoo and conditioner. Window could open which is a bonus and a fab sea view. The battered fish was huge and the salmon were lovely in the restaurant. Good comfy bed and giant tv. One thing i would recommend while in Llandudno is the tram up to the great orme was amazing.

The decor is elegant and homey and the staff are friendly, cheerful, chatty and helpful. I’ve stayed several times and it feels like a home away from home. I haven’t had breakfast but I have had evening meals before and it’s been lovely.

Pillows were a bit too soft for me. Suffer with neck and back problems and need a firmer pillow. Other than that everything was great.

Food was superb and staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much for them.

The bathroom in our room almost was unusable. You couldnt actually sit on the toliet correctly because the space was so tight. It wasnt just our bathroom either, other gueast we talked to had the same issue. The rest of the room was fine though.

The staff were lovely and we loved the doggy bag that was in our room for our dog. We enjoyed the breakfast and in general it was a nice stay.

Everything ! Staff were really helpful and professional Room was modern, clean, bed was really comfortable. Extras in the room were a good variety and plenty of them. Sea view was lovely and calming. And none of your normal hotel noise. I couldn't fault anything. We are already looking to book again.

Nothing really. The only down-side is that there is no car park, so parking is on the road outside, which can be tricky at peak times and weekends.

Location of hotel on seafront is excellent for access to Venue Cymru and the town centre. The staff in reception were very welcoming and friendly. Room at the rear was small but very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you would expect. Dinner in the restaurant was very good, with a wide choice and attentive service.

Excellent staff throughout the hotel breakfast was amazing with excellent choices. Had an evening meal and food was delicious. Took daisys advice on trying the sticky toffee pudding we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Night reimbursement of £103.

Booked one night on 12 March but extended to another, 13 March. Unfortunately, on the early afternoon of 13 we were told of a death in the family and so had to unexpectedly leave. I was going to ask for a reimbursement but wife said no.
