The room was small and cold, and the mattress was lumpy.

Location was good for the venue we were going to and the city centre.

When i got there. The room i was given the wifi wasnt working and neither was the tv. But the receptionist was lovely and upgraded my room and moved me to another one.

Was lovely. My room had to be changed to what i had booked.

Fairly expensive for a basic room only. Road noise was noticable, even with room window closed.

Check in was easy, friendly and quick. Room, and bathroom were clean, bed clean and comfortable if a little soft for me.. Cafe/bar on site for simple food/drink at good prices. Approx 15 minutes walk from railway station.

Struggled to find hotel and parking due to local street closures due to Wolves home match! Maybe more info from hotel could be supplied on match days?

The smell of air freshener. Almost made me choke. Windows need double glazing as the traffic kept me awake. Finally the bed was too soft and wasn't flat.

Poor parking in fact we ended up parked on the street Parking at the hotel is chargeable per day In our room the blind didn’t work, shower gel container broken, only 1 light on the bathroom working Facing the road was very noisy with sirens going off all through the night Although a full English breakfast was advertised this was poor with most of the food cold and having been getting cold whilst left out under a hot lamp

I’m not too keen on these converted offices but it was ok.,

It is great for the centre and Walfrun Halls. Snacks and bar open all night. Had to pay parking. Basic clean room with very good double glazing that stop the noise of the street outside.

Found the bed slightly uncomfortable, seem to always roll into the middle of it although only being there for 4 nights I could live with it. Paid to stay the extra 2 hours for checking out, the night before only to discover I was locked out the room even before the normal 10am deadline. Had to go to reception to sort this out. Annoying but minor details. I would stay here again.

Very close to all amenities. Going to the football or the halls venue for a concert 5mins walk. Racecourse £6.00 in a taxi. Recommended if your planning your stay for any of the above. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
