No staff available except via phone/email. This makes it feel very impersonal and if there was any emergencies or needs it feels very isolated. We met an elderly couple who could not get in there room and had to help them manage the digital system. Then another family struggling with the same issue although they sorted it out. I would not recommend to anyone who is not spot on with using their phones.

The communication, check in process and accessing the accommodation is a nightmare. You even need to find download and use an app to access it and use your own phone as your key. Even after that you can only check in at certain times and you have to provide £50 room deposits through it to get access to your key. I received many long and repetitive emails before and even after we stayed that provided unclear information about how to access the room. There are not even signs to where the rooms are when you access the house.

Accommodation was lovely, when we managed to find the room and access the accommodation.

Digital check in was not working, app didn't load. On arrival another couple had an issue with it so the staff member gave the RFID key card for them and for us. 1 soap bar in the bathroom was a bit strange - seems like if you want to save the soap - liquid soap dispencers that can be topped up would be a better option. Also, hotel sends too many emails with rules and guidance. I had no time to read so much text, though it was probably very helpful. Could just have a laminated sheet in the room with all the useful info.

The price was surprisingly low for such beautiful place. Room is just like on the protos, not too big, but nice. Bed was great, pillows soft and comfortable. Large bathroom with a good size shower. Windows with a view on a garden. Had a nice walk in the garden in the morning - all looked amazing, very good place for somebody to have a wedding there.

Actually it was fine, no complaints.

Automatic check in works, no one speaks to you…. We recommend diner and drinks at the Plough, lovely pub/restaurant. Very good kitchen.

Toilet roll holder broken, light in ceiling not working, No USB supplied in a socket. (easy do).

The room and gardens were great no complaints staff lovely recommended to our friends. The access to good food restaurants was wonderful. Park and ride close by (Never drive into cambridge).

The room was a little small and quite dark even with the main ceiling light on. I think the shade on the light should have been lighter and a brighter bulb fitted to make the room a bit brighter. Even though there was a fan in the room it was boiling in there if I wasn’t sharing a bed with my son I would have slept without pyjamas on as it was too hot.

Bed was really comfortable, me and my son both had 2 good nights sleep and the room was clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a tea/coffe/snacks room downstairs. Shower was easy to use and our bed was made for us while we ate out sightseeing and visiting family. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room and a tv.

The room was small, the furniture takes a lot of space, it's challenging for two people to move inside comfortably. The room was a chale on the ground floor and the way the window opens makes it unsafe to leave it open during the night, which is a nuisance, especially in the summer. Also, the holder for the shower head was broken, making it harder really to take a shower.

Location of the farm, close by to Cambridge. The grounds are very well taken care of and ample parking spaces.

I didn't read that there were no toiletries. I was travelling light and as a consequence didn't have any shampoo or the like. Owners say it is too cut down on waste and environmental issues. I'm not so sure, large hotels provide toiletries in large squeezable bottles which are cost effective and environmental.

Beautiful secure grounds. Great location next to the M11 and close to the park and ride for easy access to Cambridge.
