Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe extractor fan in the bathroom was pretty loud. Could have done with some condiments etc for food.
The apartment is around a 10 minute walk from the centre and is on a main road. Pretty easy to find and there is a basement car park and outside car park. The room was decent. Constable bed good shower and TV worked all fine. Nice toiletries as well. Gym is a great bonus.

United KingdomWarning: Next to VERY, VERY busy 4 lane main A329 road. VERY noisy all night. No sleep. No parking made available although many free spaces present according to site manager. Not even possible to stop to drop bags. ALL surrounding roads have only expensive parking spaces. Limited kitchen ware. Great hob - but no frying pan or saucepans.
Clean. Good layout. Good gym. Good appliances. Staff very helpful.

United StatesRandom house cleaning wasn't the greatest, but we thought she may have been the only one. However, it would've been good to give a heads up instead of just last second/no prior notification about cleaning, random "inspection"- you probably should do that before or after paying customers or maybe not rent that one out to mitigate that problem. Parking onsite would've been way more expensive than just street parking. They did charge more than the initial price shown on here which we felt was bait and switch and then also after asking for an itemized ledger accounting for the excess fees it seems like they refunded but if not at least we have military banking which will be sure to give us our money back. There are 0 onsite maintenance people, which is weird since this was a half regular apartment/aparthotel seeming property. Towards the end of our extended stay which btw they made us go directly through them(more expensive and didn't let us use our military discount, which was why we booked here originally). The circuit breaker flipped and neither of the people onsite nor online had any basic understanding of how to fix it-even when we fixed it ourselves by just flipping the breaker off and on they already made us move to a different unit which was a hassle then came back like a few hours later wanting us to move all our stuff up again to the original one which we weren't doing. It's the UK, so there's no screens on windows, and being moved to a lower level meant getting bitten hopefully by spiders and not something else. It wasn't the "1bd/ba" we paid for and booked actually if we would've know it was actually a studio with Japanese style slider partitions probably would've just went with Marriott or something.
It was nice that it was pretty close to Heathrow and not that far from the city center. It's a corporate apartment, so you feel that when you arrive. It had most of the stuff that you'd get at an extended stay but less than like a Residence Inn, which I would've preferred to this. The 2 people on site were nice enough but could've been more helpful.

United KingdomThe digital key system was a nightmare - frustrating and stressful. The telephone help staff were helpful though and told me how to retrieve a key which I was very relieved to use for the rest of my stay. There was no oven glove and only 1 loo roll for 5 days.
My self-contained flat was quiet, comfortable and felt safe. I enjoyed using the gym in the basement and loved being able to control the temperature easily with the heaters. The appliances worked well and the shower was great.

United KingdomThere's a slight anxiety about the electronic keys, each time you go out - will you be able to get back in? At one point my phone lost connection and I thought we'd be sleeping in the corridor!
Quiet, convenient and comfortable. The apartment was small but well thought out with all we needed for a short break. On site parking is a plus, even at £15 per day. The room was clean and we had clear communication at all points.

United KingdomArrangements were painful for accessing the parking and the room. For a one-off stay, downloading and working out how to use a door locking and unlocking app was too much. After flying almost 20 hours, we were in no state for messing about and a normal key would have been much easier. Having to use an app as the only way to lock and unlock a door doesn’t sit right. If your battery dies on your phone, what are you supposed to do?!?

United Kingdomthe parking is expensive and don't be caught out parking in one if the bays as some of these are private. As I had begun to bring my suitcase and other items down to the car to load up upon checking out. I was about just over 5 mins in a park and ended up with a private car ticket, I did ring Charles Hope to explain but they had no governance over this . So be aware
