The verification didn't work for the accommodation which meant that I didn't get a passcode for the front door, and I ended up paying twice for parking to get the address and passcode because the site didn't process it correctly.

The location was good and the room comfortable.

Amazing place for this price! A 30-minute walk to the city center wasn't a trouble since Oxford is a beautiful city. The host was great and understanding, I appreciate the milk to the coffee :)

Nothing particularly except for getting multiple emails saying the same thing re check in, and getting the code before having loaded up identity documents - wasn't a problem just more annoying!

The water pressure in the shower is not great, but that’s a very minor flaw. If you’re a light sleeper, the traffic noise might bother you

Easy check in, responsive staff, comfortable bed, basic but clean and well equipped room (tea kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, iron). Very good value for money for Oxford standards

It was a small bed but it was fine for the price.

The secure parking was good and even though the self check looked like it may be a bit complicated with the different codes and fobs it actually was pretty straightforward. They also moved room as we were there early so we didn’t need to wait for official check in time.

The shower was very weak and not warm enough for us, the light was dim and yellow which make it a bit scary at night. The room was not soundproof

Clean room with good facilities. The room have microwave, plates, cutlery set, ironing board,… the convenience of the room exceeded my expectations and the view from the room was extraordinary. It has great location: near the city centre and a bus stop.

A little tricky checking in due to an IT error which meant that I didn’t receive the codes for the key safe and car park but this was dealt with quickly over the phone by Daniel.

Excellent price and good location for the city centre. Helpful staff. Clean, warm and comfortable room that was well equipped with tea and coffee as well as a fridge and microwave. Very thankful for the available larking also.

Is not necessarily not liking, it just takes some adjustment to have the keys collected from a locker and no personal interactions. However, everything was great so there was no need to contact the staff (whose contacts were sent by email/app and were clearly displayed at the entrance and in the room).

The room was clean and tidy and everything that I needed was in place. Thankfully it was quiet as well, provided me with the rest I needed.

No parking at the accommodation, so had to park along the small road at the turn of the apartment. It was challenging to carry our heavy luggages up the narrow staircase to level 3 (or 4?).

Quiet environment for overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. And there is a microwve oven besides the fridge, good for heating up our food.

The stairs up to the room were quite narrow which could be a struggle with a large case The shower took a bit of juggling to get the temperature right

Very noisy - you can hear others slamming their doors and walking on the floor boards. The wooden floor gets quite cold too, so maybe a rug or carpet would be a much better option. The room also got cold at night and there was no where to turn on heating, although the duvet was very thick. It is also a little on the pricier side, but I guess it’s worth it for the cleanliness and location.

Good location - opposite the Oxford university sports grounds so very accessible to Cowley road Sainsbury’s (5 mins walk) and to the city centre (10-15 min walk). Very clean room and bathroom, with comfortable beds, a microwave, a fridge and plates and cutlery to use. A kettle, coffee and tea were also available.

Very noisy - could easily hear neighbours, plus facing the road with no double glazing on windows. Perhaps worth requesting a room at the back of the house. Water pressure for shower very low.

Shower, impossible to regulate temperature, either very hot or very cold. Mixing tap would be so much better, happier guests and less water wasted while trying to have shower.

Quite confusing to follow the instructions on how to check in, low pressure from the shower and very hard to regulate the water temperature, might have been better if telly has youtube or netflix, otherwise everything was perfect

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. One bed was very uncomfortable and hard and the other way far too soft.
