We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI had to pay £25 in parking in total the Carpark was further 5min walk away from the hotel which was not ideal as I went for work at 3am I was charged for overnight stay when I only used the car park from 930pm- 2:45am which was £20 Then I come back at 8am - 930am paid a further £5.90 I was not aware this hotel had no free parking I’m not happy with booking.com as I used the filters to look for a hotel last minute.. usually when I stay at a city hotel the parking is always validated and is Free Also the hair dryer did not work so I slept with wet hair

United KingdomWe were on the fifth floor but the traffic noise and partygoers at 3.30am in the street could be clearly heard. Windows need upgrading.
Location for where we needed to be was excellent, comfortable and clean, I had had corrective eye surgery and Thao the receptionist went out of her way to get our room ready early so that I could relax and be comfortable, outstanding young lady and her kindness was wonderful, well done.

Perfect location for access to the city and for the Athena venue. Room was super clean and well decorated, and great views from top floor. The room also had a wonderful walk in shower/wet area. Breakfast had slightly less choice than the standard Premier Inn type buffets, but what was there was hot and decent quality. Overall the hotel was quiet and the staff very friendly.

The bed was comfy. The room was clean and quiet. The black out curtains were helpful for sleep. The location was perfect and convenient.
