Our room was furtherest one from reception, basically beside a busy road so maybe not fo everyone

The room was a adjoining room and we did have a very loud neighbor who you could hear. We think the person may have been elderly and possibly deaf so spoke louder than usual and we appreciate this is likely out of the hotels control. We did consider asking the hotel to move us to a none adjoining room but as we were out and about most of the time we did not do this. It did feel like the loud speaking person was in our room with us though

The locality of the room was perfect for our needs, everything we wanted to do was no more than 10 minutes away. the hotel allowed us to check in early which was very useful.

At this point nitpicking really but Staff could have been more friendly.

The hotel is at prime location in cathedral quarter. Just a few minutes walk from the 300a airport shuttle drop off point, its right next to St. Anne's square and also just a minute's walk from Hill St and Commercial Ct. We got an early check in, so cannot complain about the view. But make sure to ask for Street facing rooms, lest you want to stare at an empty courtyard from your window. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was the usual spread and good.

We had a nice stay close to the city centre and close to pubs and bars. The Titanic experiece is a 20 minuten walk from the hotel and the well known Dirty Onion bar / Yardbird restaurant 5 minutes

Well if i had to say something, it would be the area around the corner. there was a little park around the park and we had to pass that to get to the exam centre and that evening we came pass that. there was homeless people outside this park and they were drinking

Went down for breakfast about 9.00 and most of the food was dried up especially the fried eggs Male manager seemed to go get fresh but then a female assistant manager had to sort it out Then a steady stream of staff started coming in to help themselves to breakfast from 9.30 while customers are still having breakfast It's expensive enough without inferior food. The next day went down earlier and it was much better. Also the bedroom was too warm.

It's shame guests are expected to pay for parking at the hotel. I stayed in the accessibility room and the bed was creeky and uncomfortable.

I was constantly asked to confirm my name and room number whenever I entered the hotel. Even with my room card. Was told this was for insurance? Then wanted to come back to the hotel with some friends and was told I am only limited to one guest at a time. Again insurance was cited. This was an inconvenience when ilmeeting clients.

Great location and the amenities were perfect. Loved the restaurant staff and food and a great place to stay in the city for a weekend.
