Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

HungaryThere may be some minor inconveniences due to the renovation.
This quintessential riad exudes charm. It is an incredible space in the center of the medina under a loving restoration by Nadia, who is a very gracious host.

GermanyThe inner court yard of this riad is just breathtaking. And so is the rooftop. The entire place is filled with innumerable items that add to the overall quirky-ness. The host is very forthcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back at any time.

Switzerland1. No one really speaks English in this Riad. 2. We came by car and had to park next to the market. It was every time a big theatre how and where to park the car with long discussions about paying for it. In the Riad we were told not to pay, because they will pay for it. At the end they ask for the money to pay for the parking. Easier to pay the guard directly. 3. The room for a family is tiny compering to the one for a couple. 4. The breakfast is every time the same, starting with eggs. But everything was tasty. Iam juat not a fun of eating eggs every morning. 5. We ordered Hammam. The price we were told at before we used the service was different to what was in the bill. And after this hammam my wife and my daughter both have scratches all over thier backs because of the glove used for this ritual. Hammam is too expensive for what we got.
The overall impression is positive. The staff was friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were comfi.

United Arab EmiratesThe initial experience looking for the place was challenging. It would be better if instructions where to go have been given a day before we arrived. We took easily 30 minutes to find the meeting spot and got stuck driving in very tight spaces.
The Riad was an amazing, the ambience gave you the feeling that you are back in time. The service from Ziati and Ibrahim were excellent. Had a special dinner in the Riad with my team and the food was very good!

BelgiumThere is no A/C in the rooms but there is an electric wind fan! Because of some chemical reaction (perhaps because the water runs through copper pipes,), my friend's coloured blonde hair turned light green. (got fixed by the hairdresser in the meantime) The room (and the riad itself) is quite full of furniture and such. This makes it very cosy and traditional on the one hand, but sometimes it also felt a bit too much. The bedroom did not have a pleasant view (gave out on a wall/roof of the neighbours) Also the bedroom window had no net, so vermin/animals could enter and that did not give me a nice feeling. We had to sleep with the window closed because of this.
This riad is really spectaculare! It's huge and the details are so authentical. Staff is extremely kind and helpfull! In the middle of a busy souk, but still quite inside the riad! Swimmingpool and breakfast where great!

JapanThe breakfast is basically 4 types of bread. No eggs or protein. The coffee, however is excellent!
This place was incredible! it was even more beautiful and exciting than with the pictures show. As a solo female traveler, it was my first time arriving in Morocco, so naturally I was nervous. I arranged for the Hotel to get me a taxi from the airport and as soon as I arrived at the hotel I felt welcomed and like an honored guest. The staff didn’t really speak English so I used a translation app on my phone to communicate and was still able to stay what I needed to.

MexicoThe wifi at the rooftop was a bit shaky (probably good or I would've probably moved there permanently and sleep under the stars)
It's a gorgeous place, located in the heart of the Sela Medina. Hidden from everything but close to anything. The rooftop is simply spectacular, and there's a large collection of hats laying around the place that I borrowed every day for fun. Breakfast and dinner to die for (portion and flavor wise...I think I gain 2 kg in a week!). The kitchen staff is also super accommodating to any requests you have or dietary preferences. All and all, staying there feels like traveling to a different time. I never ever stay in my accomodations for longer than breakfast but here I stayed for entire days working from the terrace or reading in many of the hidden little rooms all over the riad. The staff is so nice and welcoming and caring. I simply can't explain what a wonderful experience this place is. I'm coming back!!!

BulgariaThe wifi was not great and the hotel is a bit hard to find at first (but not impossible). Important to note that the hotel is in Sale (not Rabat) and Rabat is a 40 min walk away (we were using the tram L1 - did great work).
The service was great - really welcoming and nice. A great authentic Morroccan experience. The little pool on the top of the hotel is beautiful and the view from the upper terrace is great. The hotel is in the Medina of Sale which is a bit of a tiring experience but is definitely worth to see at least once. The breakfast was a nice touch!

United States of AmericaOur room was very small and next to the pool. The heating didn't work well. Either the damp conditions or the dust contributed to me getting a sinus infection. We were the only guests in late December and they wouldn't allow us to change to another room. The whole place needs a good cleaning. I felt like it was too expensive for the location and condition of the property. It had a hey-day, it's just not now. The rose spray on the bed was excessive.
The staff members were very kind and helpful. The décor and architecture was elegant and striking. It feels like you are stepping back in time. The restaurants by the marina did not disappoint with the seafood offerings. A legit French chef runs the kitchen at Marinasla. His fish soup is the best on the Sale side. They also have the best shirimp pil pil. Don't believe the google reviews. They don't have a fancy seating area, but the food is really good. Marea in Rabat is also worth a visit.

But turns out the washing machine is faulty my clothes got stained. Ruined my clothes . Overall they need to rethink the cleanliness and linens . No view from rooms and a little stuffy no fresh air
The common areas are beautiful. Amazing design and breathtaking terrace . Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed size was good
