Rooms are needing a bit of a facelift, although clean and comfortable…a bit shabby now.

Fridge was taken during covid as we were told and never being returned.No idea why. Ventilation crates could be cleaner.

Instruction for the parking were not clear. We could have saved a good 10 minutes lumping heavy bags if we had been given clearer advice.

Pillows terrible, and the hotel bar needs a bit of life put into it , it doesn’t entice you to go into it at all, bit gloomy.

The cleaning staff in the morning where exceptionally friendly . A big smile and hello . Iv stayed multiple times here . It’s always good.

Breakfast was not great especially cooked breakfast which had been sitting out so long was dried out

Very large comfortable bed - slept incredibly well. Nice view of harbour too. Late checkout on Sunday made for relaxing morning

Few things - and found the same with another Radisson Blu recently, so maybe it’s a hotel wide issue - but the beds are unbearably soft. All of us struggled to sleep because of it. The leisure club / pool is also looking a bit tired - badly needs a splash of paint.

Stayed here a few times now - location works well for us. Overall the property is nice - still pretty modern looking a d reasonable value.

I had requested a bottle of sparkling wine for my Son's stay as a 21st birthday surprise. I spoke to receptionist via phone on the 10th and my request was confirmed. I was made aware that I couldn't pre pay this so i had arranged for my Son's girlfriend to pay on check in. The payment wasn't requested on check in and thought it would be requested on check out. However my son told me there was a card and 2 vouchers for drinks. The drinks were limited to beer and wine. Whilst we appreciated this gesture it wasn't what expected and pre arranged. As this was a surprise for my Son who recently lost his Dad to cancer, I was hoping to enhance his stay. I am very disappointed.

Was told at booking the hotel bar closed at 23-00 hrs. When we got back at 22-40hrs for a night cap drink the bar was closed and locked up.

It needs a refurb Matresses had no protectors and we're slightly stained. Plumbing wasn't best.. Sink slow to empty Pool was in need of an over haul Ice machine on 2nd floor broken worked on 3rd though

Poor ventilation? The room felt very humid, and each time I had a shower it got worse. My clothes felt wet when I unpacked after my trip. Windows could not be opened to get fresh air.

Very quiet at night. If you don't mind a little walk to get to the attractions and want a good night's sleep this is an ideal place to stay.

Loved everything about the hotel and staff. The only issue we had was with the pool, as it is down a huge spiral staircase and steam room is on a different floor. It wasn't great if you have mobility issues.

Had a phone call From reception after midnight saying iv ordered food And its downstairs was adamant it was me. Had really early flight so suffered the next day. Mistake but not great
