We had some issues with the same overnight reception on two separate occasions. We asked to confirm if we had paid for our stay (which she confirmed we had but was incorrect). The way she responded left us feeling confused and uncertain, so we had to confirm with another person. On the second occasion, we wanted to settle our bill first and check out at a later time. It seems like it was coming to the end of her shift and she just left us in the middle of our conversation with the new receptionist without transition or explanation to us or the new staff. So we had to explain our situation all over again. Both times, she seemed quite lost and uncertain. We were expecting a direct answer to those simple questions from an establishment like this. Those 2 experience with the same staff really affected the otherwise wonderful stay we had there at the Radisson Blu.

The location was very convenient, the rooms were always clean and the staff were wonderful. I had packages delivered to the hotel before my arrival with no issues, we also arrived earlier then check in and they were very kind to have our rooms ready. They even had treats left for us, which was very appreciated and unexpected!! The staff were quite lovely and welcoming, and we felt the service at the hotel was excellent (except for one staff).

It is a bit expensive , and perhaps upgrade for returning guests would be in order .

Stayed quite a few times at this hotel Like it very much as the area is perfect for theatres good shops and cafes .The staff are really good, and the rooms clean and nice bathroom facilities. This time we ate in the Monmouth Kitchen the restaurant in the hotel. So good we cancelled our planned reservation in another restaurant and ate in for a second night Food delicious and great atmosphere in the restaurant. Well done Radisson Blue

    Honestly, I can't think of a negative.

The food at this Radisson was outstanding. The breakfast, shouldn't be missed. One of the best I have experienced and a bargain. Not only a fantastic buffet, but the freshly cooked menu items were exceptional. The location is one of the best in London...(I'm a Londoner, no longer residing in the UK) 7 dials and Convent Garden, the Radisson location, is perfectly located for the Theatre district, and other important locations and close to the underground (Tube). The front desk deserves a special mention. One of the most helpful and good-natured, head Concierges, you could wish for. Edward, was my go to for everything I needed, including guiding out-of-town friends to the hotel when they were lost. Great job, Edward, they made it on time to see MJ.

Don't particularly like the nespresso machines in the room, but that's a small detail.

Location was perfect, as expected, for the theatre, sight seeing and getting around. Breakfast & all food served was excellent. All the staff were helpful, courteous and smartly attired.
