The reception staff greeted me in a very professional manner, I did not have to wait due to the number of staff available. Very informative and asked many questions to ensure they understood my requirements.

Absolutely stunning hotel , lovely and welcoming staff, probably the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in too! Just perfection and I can’t wait to go back! Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know! Staff let us check in earlier too which was a bonus so we could get the most out of our day! Thank you

Initially there was a problem with my booking, in that my extras I’d paid for weren’t in the room. The reception manager was amazing! She sorted the problem out and went above and beyond to help. Communication from the staff on this matter was excellent. Mistakes happen, and when the staff work like this to fix problems, you know you’ve paid for quality! I booked it for my parents and they want to book another visit! I can’t recommend them enough.

There's wasn't anything that I didn't like about our stay at The Edwardian.

A warm welcome upon arrival at the reception desk, easy check in and the twin room request was honoured for all 5 rooms that we had booked. The Peter Street Kitchen bar was a great place for drinks and cocktails, bar staff were really polite and efficient and their mixology skills were all very good. Loved the music and vibe this bar had going on! Rooms were well appointed, clean and tidy, very comfy beds with nice linen. We didn't eat the hotel so can't comment on the restaurant food.

We do find the time slots for the pool/spa facilities limiting, it wasn’t something which was in place when we first stayed, however you can usually always get a slot at a time you want and facilities are never too busy

Our go to place when staying in Manchester, staff are always so friendly and helpful. Facilities always great and location is perfect for access to shops, restaurants and trams etc

Cooked buffet breakfast was not hot only warm. Plenty of choice but I would recommend ordering off the menu if you would want it hot to order.

Perfect location, menus had lots of choice however breakfast was not very good. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and the room was exceptional.

As was my first time here which I wasn’t asked if I had been before I had no idea about the lift and card situation so I was stuck for a short period of time Untill a couple got in and explained, same with the light situation in the rooms I had to call and ask but would have been nice, to have been informed at the desk. Also I was under the assumption the room came with slippers and dressing gowns which mine did not have any if I had known this I would have fetched my own, as I wanted comfort.
