Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe double bed was small, the A/C was rubbish and the lady on breakfast reception had a poor attitude. She was not at the desk, there was no sign asking us to wait to be seated so when went in and sat down, she beckoned us back to the desk like we were cattle, that never works so we stayed where we were. she was very offish and rude, I told her she was rude and she apologized.
Breakfast was very good, as were the people on reception

United KingdomThey said my room would be close to my friends I was with, it couldn’t have been further away. I was 7th floor and they were on the 2nd floor. My £50 deposit at checkin wasn’t able to be refunded as I checked out…I await that money returning!

The property was fine once we found it, it doesn’t actually say ‘Radisson Blue’ on the front of the property we walked past a few times before realising we were at the correct place! It just says ‘The Bond Street Hotel’

United KingdomThe bathroom was a little on the small side where the toilet was positioned. If you were left-handed even more of a problem. Outside construction (can't be helped, net curtains may have helped for privacy, unless windows are one way?)

United KingdomBathrooms very small but that can’t really be helped ,it’s quite an old hotel. I requested 2 twin rooms and at least one of them to have a walk in shower,on arrival we were given 1 twin & one kingsize bed, that wasn’t too much of a problem,I slept in that with my sister, neither room had a shower, both a bath with a shower over which my mum couldn’t use ,so not really worth requesting things ,I booked 3 months before.
It was in a great central location ,good size room with very comfortable bed.

AustraliaThe fridge in the room was not able to be turned on, and when I asked they told me it was supposed to be at ambient temperature which made no sense. It was warmer than the room itself. The bed was a little saggy, and the room looked out over a construction site.
The hotel is very close to Bond St station which has a lift direct from the Elizabeth line, so very convenient for travelling to/from the airport. It is near the best shops in Oxford St and the buses that take you through the city to the theatre. It was clean and had a lift.

JerseyThe only negative I could say was that the lifts were slow and you had to always wait a while for one if you were going to down to reception. When leaving we waited 10 minutes for one with our luggage. Not a massive issue for us as we were in no rush.
The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was amazing, we slept like logs. The site opposite the hotel was a large construction site but there was little to no noise heard in the room or communal rooms of the hotel. Th breakfast was really very good, plenty of choice of hot and cold as well as special order items. The location is perfect for anyone staying in London, it's almost on Oxford Street and Bond Street Tube Station is behind it. Would stay here again.

AustriaThere was a broken sensor in the wardrobe which meant the light couldn't be turned off and the door frame glowed all through the night. Things break in hotels - it's not a big deal - but it was just a bit strange the maintenance team couldn't fix it.
A very well-presented hotel in a fantastic location. Extremely well connected and very easy to get to from Heathrow. Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom, and lots of storage.

Great location, just a minute from the Bond underground station. A lot of coffee shops and restaurants just behind the hotel, in the Marylebone neighborhood. I was in a superior room, which was excellent. The room is equipped with a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine.
