The bathroom, old and little.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, specially those workers of the restaurant and kitchen.

The rooms need updating. Floor was in a bad state. Beds on wheels and no brakes so kept moving. Very small rooms.

I like the location and the hotel reception very clean. Staff was a little abrupt but when i complained i had no heating. They soon come with an electric heater so i cant complain about the help.

Location was great. Walk through the parks to Buckingham Palace, close to the swan pond in Kensington park.

Finding the room was a nightmare. It was small, old and unfinished. The toilet was missing a flusher, the floor was damaged and uneven, the room was noisy and both hot and cold at points. If it was not London I’d have been horrified at the cost. The bed kept moving and everything was very dated.

Hotel needs updating. Torn carpets. Sealing in bathroom needs redoing. Other many spotted areas for improvement.

The TV in the room didn't work, despite a staff member coming to try to sort it. On leaving the room the next morning the door would not open due to catching on the carpet inside. Difficult to get out and pulled up carpet as a result!

Our room (in the basement) had no windows, there were ants crawling all over the bathroom and the carpet was dirty ( had to scrape it away with out shoe)

The room was extremely small, I had a terrible feeling of claustrophobia while walking through the corridors because there's no window and the air is hard to breathe. The door was really difficult to open. The magnetic key was not read on the first try and it happened that I had to insert it up to ten times. It didn't just happen to me, but also to my neighbors since I heard it every time they returned to the room. If these small elements could be fixed, it would make the hotel even more beautiful.

The location was exceptional, super near to Hyde Park. The neighborhood was silent and quiet. Well connected to all transports. The staff was extremely friendly and available. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I recommend it for those who want to spend a few days in London and don't want to spend too much

Deceiving! Beautiful Victoria building but the room was tiny we could barely move around the bed between the two of us. The mattress was flat. The bed was so uncomfortable. Floor tiles on en-suite were loose. Sockets on bathroom and room were loose. Towel rail was dirty. Booked with breakfast included and was told to pay extra person on arrival. Parking is a bit hit or miss only a few spaces available for 4hrs pay by phone.

The initial rooms I was offered I did not like they had windows but had a wall right in front of them it felt claustrophobic but I asked to be moved and finally on the 3rd room the receptionist showed me I had a room looking outside it was much better and not noisy which was good. Nice room but the area was mixed I felt alittle unsafe in Queensway area the streets by the tube especially

Cleanliness is poor. Bed not comfortable (u can feel the spring in the mattress). Very tight space (i guess it’s like this in London)

The way mould on the blind, and the all over the wall under the window, there were 3 lifts but only one was working and it took forever to reach you because it's so small only 3/4 people could fit in but part of the stairs stated they were out of use!

Window with no view was an empty storage room behind the window! Lipstick on towels in bathroom. Holes in ceiling. Tiles broken in bathroom.

I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Plus, the bed is not comfortable, comfy and has loud noises. The room seems old too.
