However booked a triple room with a double bed and a single bed yet ended up only having a double bed and a rock hard armchair to sleep on which was very disappointing. Not possible to get a good nights sleep on such a hard armchair and is not an adequate replacement for a bed.

Staff were very nice and hotel room was clean and tidy. Location was great.

AC not working properly very hot No toilet brush Carpet flooring so stinky. ( smells like urine ) Staff not helpful at all when we complaint about the AC. They have said no maintenance at night to fix it.

Unfortunately the room had no window and I think to be fair customers shall be advised upon booking or maybe even provide more information of the available rooms.

The hotel is situated in a very good location just 3 mins away from the tube. Staff were very friendly and room was very clean including the bathroom.

Check in was difficult and abit disorderly but was sorted out either way time.

Perfect location to learn London and get around on the underground via Queensway station. Right next to hyde park perfect for running

I got lost to find my room because it’s like a maze. But it’s ok . The room was a bit small for 2 people but we were there only for sleeping so was ok . The toilet is renew it. The window was broken and I couldn’t open it . Anyway in the complex was a good stay

It was not clean. The bad had black stains and hair in it. There was an annoying peep sound in the bathroom when the light was on. It was not sound proof. Screaming people in the corridor.

The rooms condition was fairly poor, all doors were broken in someway and walls were dirty looking. Couldn't tell if it was dirty or if the walls paint just needed to be recoated.

The hotel location was convenient to the location I was working. Breakfast was good and staff were mostly friendly and helpful. There a great pub around the corner which serves a great burger and Hyde park was lovely to walk around.

Bed had no headboard so pillows kept falling down behind bed. There was also early construction works (~8am) within the hotel being complete which I wasn't made aware of.

The rooms and hallways had marks and scratches along the walls and some old carpet. It really didn’t bother me or my friends, however, if it something of concern to you then be advised. The rooms did not contain a fridge which again wasn’t a big concern for us, but may be if you don’t want to eat out for every meal. The rooms were on the smaller side but not minuscule like some people like to perpetuate.

The property is in an amazing location, close to two tube stations and a wide variety of shops, bakeries, cafes, and more located on the same street. The rooms were comfortable, cleaned daily, and contained most of what was needed. We didn’t have much contact with the staff, which I guess is good, however they were nice enough and directed us well.

Flooring needs to be renewed and curtains that fit properly in our room.. tv was up too high on the wall..

No parking near the hotel, very expensive to park. Room was dated and cold. Shower was tiny and the water was only a trickle.

The mattress is far too soft and the beddings are not quality not fitted properly. The room has a smell when we went in and throughout our stay.

check in and out easy and quick. Breakfast is good at the price we paid. Location is perfect. Shower is good, hot and powerful. Would be good if they provide small toothpaste

The room was very basic and had a tiny on-suite. It felt like staff quarters rather than a guest room! No bedside lamp. 1x tap didn't work (not plumbed in). Internally the place is a labyrinth (even the staff get lost)! I was told my room was on the 4th floor when it was on the 3rd. Breakfast was OK, not great but good enough, the kitchen wouldn't do poached or fried eggs, scrambled was available.

Great location- convenient for the Central line and walks in Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park.

I did not like the fact that I was placed in the lower level. I did not see this on your page when I booked. Your receptionist was very cold when I pointed this out. Also your page did not say anything about breakfast. You will not receive further business from me.
