We did not like the chlorine smell in the hotel, but we know that this is usual in british hotels there should be an adapter for continental electric plugs available.

A little bit of road noise, but it certainly didn't keep me awake. Tricky to get to the front of the hotel to drop off luggage.

Just had the best time at the Queens Hotel. We had a seaview room right on the waterfront overlooking the pier. The room was on the third floor, large and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the basement pool and gym were a really nice facility. I am sure some people would say the hotel could do with a bit of sprucing up, but we found it delightful, and much more full of character than more soulless modern hotels. If we go back to Brighton this is definitely where we will stay.

Breakfast although very busy, took a long time to restock the hot breakfast and they only seemed to bring a few items when they did restock resulting in the dishes being emptied very quickly and having to wait again for more.

Friendly staff, great facilities and very clean. Got a lovely upgrade to Seaview room on check in too which was lovely ☺️ pool area was very clean and very relaxing

No parking so had to pay to park elsewhere.

Sea view room with bay window was lovely with a view of the pier. Nice to be able to use the swimming pool. Great location close to town and restaurants.

No biscuits in the room. Room was cold, they brought me a portable heater though. TV remote not easy to understand. Breakfast was not good, bacon dry, mushrooms lacked flavour, eggs undercooked, poor quality bread for toast. Food for lunch and dinner (same menu) poor choice. Bar staff inexperienced in customer service.

Very clean spacious room overlooking the sea. Jason and reception staff outstanding, attentive and helpful. Breakfast sausages very good. Michelle did a fine pedicure in the spa.

The room was a good size. There was a meal offer of £35 for two people which included a starter/dessert and a main meal, I had a burger and chips with a chocolate brownie for dessert and it was lovely, it was good value for money.

bathroom, windows could do with a seal, as there was too much noise, whilst appreciate the room was seafront, it did feel at times the window was open with the amount of noise. little touches with small improvements can make a huge difference, - such as the wardrobe doors were uneven, short in some cases to others, which tells you the wardrobe has been maintained with basic essential care.

the bathroom looked and felt worn and needed some Tender care, the shower head was small and therefore taking a shower was a long winded process and feeling the need to constantly move about more than other showers located in other hotels.

Whilst small, the pool and gym facilities are good - and a great bonus. The location is awesome - right on the front with easy access to Pier and SeaLife. Plus town only a short walk away. Breakfast was good!

Not the hotels fault but parking expensive. Also you can’t open the windows because the local disco booms till 3 am. Guess that’s cos it was a Friday night.
