This specific room has a gym next to it. You can hear just a bit noise once in a while. But did not bother us as it wasn't loud

The bed was a little hard, and the kitchen supplies were minimal, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was great as was the location.

The window didn’t open, so I couldn’t get any fresh air in the apartment and it was really warm in the apartment so the bin quickly smelled really bad! You really need housekeeping more than once in 7 days. I think it would be far too hot in this apartment in the summer, the window really needs to be capable of being opened. The cooking utensils were sparse. I could make do but it would help to have a wooden spoon at least!

The location is great. 2 minutes from Queens Park Station. The apartment is on a busy street with lots of bar and restaurants, but because the apartment is across the road from a primary school and next to Joe and the Juice and other apartments, it’s nice and quiet. The apartment is a great size. It was very clean when I arrived. It was comfortable and easy to get in. It was nice and warm. I could get by with the cooking utensils. I would stay here again.

Guys - Please clean the windows!!! Quite dusty it was making me very sneezy - I cleaned the skirting boards and window frames and hoovered … the dust behind the bed made my eyes pop! - but this room was turned around for me last minute as the original room had a drainage problem. So this could be why. The rooms are noisy - street noise - buses / opposite a school & a beep beep beep road crossing & people shouting at night - ear plugs are a must. The main hallway has a great feature of lots of light shades but - they are covered in thick dust. The front street door was not secure for 3 nights which was nerve wracking as there’s a lot of drug addicts in QP day & night. It’s shifty!!

The once-weekly maid service was really a plus.. It was comfortable, super clean, modern (bathroom and kitchen), well-lit public areas and manageable stairs.

Every request is extra charge so be prepared. It is an apartment that you rent for a few days with a full kitchen that you would want to cook in it wouldn't be a bad idea to offer complimentary basic amenities such as salt pepper etc.

Great location right next to the tube. Very homely clean and well kept. Easy check in and out. Fast communication with the staff.

Great location not only for where we were visiting but also for all transport, the quality and cleanliness of the apartment was 1st class and the kitchen had everything if you wanted to make your own meals, out of hours access was easy and close by to a small Sainsbury’s and a Co-op, happy to have stayed there.

The pillows were quite thick, which was a bit unfortable for me since I have a slender neck. The door requires significant effort to securely lock.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a couple days, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was not only spacious but also incredibly clean and equipped w all the modern comforts I needed. Its location was simply perfect-easy to access, close to the park, and just a short walk from a delightful specialty coffee cafe. I highly recommend trying a Cortado w Salted caramel cannoli at Dark and White cafe; it's a delightful pairing. The neighborhood also offers plenty of cafes and restaurants, well- stocked groceries, and convenient public transportation. For those who love fresh and green experiences, a captivating farmer's market takes place every Sunday morning just across the road, adding an extra charming for this place. The staff were attentive and quick response, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definately choose to stay here again.

Not everything was fully stocked up, and it would've been nice to get pamphlet about the area itself and how to work the appliances. There also wasn't a good airco so it was very warm and humid

When we came, the code for the front door didn’t match. We called the hotline, they couldn’t find a booking and didn’t help. At the end a person entering the building shared a code with us, mentioning that it was changed a couple of days ago. It was also extremely hot even on slightly warm summer days at night. Our apt was located in the attic and attic windows are neither accessible nor covered by shields. Only one window was opening. No windows are opening in the stairway to get a draft. Early in the morning 6am it’s already hot and bright. So we recommend to avoid booking attic apartments in summer. Fan doesn’t help. I‘m not sure but after a second night I got a line of bites on my arms very similar to what is googled as bedbugs :(

The apartment itself is nice and clean, easy accessible by public transport. Interiors are fine, good full bathroom as well as washing machine and dishwasher were helpful

Rolling curtain of one ceiling window doesn’t work. Bedroom gets too bright to sleep after sunrise. It could be too hot in summer.

The bed was hard and springy, less comfortable than would be expected considering the nightly rate and there is no air conditioning, so if traveling in heat of summer just be aware.
