You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandWe did not like the pillows. They were extremely hard and high. We did not like the ceiling. It was concrete and was simply unfinished. Car park was a bit tricky to find as most places were full. Also, no free car park of permits from the hotel is poor. The car park was costly.
We enjoyed the location, very close to all amenities. Clean room. Nice welcoming young Indian lady at reception in the afternoon. We would return again, good value for money.

Breakfast was a-la-carte with lots of options including things my gluten-free, dairy-free partner could eat.

GermanyPerfectly located in the cathedral quarter of Belfast, lots of bars, pubs and restaurants around the corner. Small supermarket right next to the hotel. Rather small but clean and modern room with ensuite bathroom/shower. Astonishingly quiet. Do-it-yourself breakfast is very basic and more reminiscent of a youth hostel. Still, very good value for money.

The hotel was very central in the popular Cathedral Quarter area. Breakfast was continental style and availiable on each floor, everything was fresh. The room was very clean and I had no issues with noise from either within the hotel or from outside. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic location - we walked home from the SSE arena and found it to be a lovely walk on a dry Summer's night.

I travelled to Belfast by ferry and then took a bus to the city. This hotel was near the bus stop from the ferry. I arrived before check-in time and they let me leave my luggage for free [I have noted that some properties listed on booking. com now charge people for leaving their luggage - not this one.] The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was a double. This hotel was at one point some kind of student accommodation, but this did not bother me. I did not eat in the hotel but took advantage of the fact that this hotel is near the main shopping streets and so I found somewhere to eat very easily. Did some shopping before going back to the hotel - forgot a few things and so was pleased to find a Tesco Express very near to the hotel. Belfast people must be some of the friendliest people in the world. I felt safe and comfortable. Would I stay again? Absolutely!
