We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only issue was with construction, it was hard to find where the hotel was. It took a couple circles through the area. Other than that, the dinner and breakfast were great, and the bus to the airport was easy and quick. For the close proximity to the airport, there was no noise and we slept well.

With an early flight I was not expecting a breakfast, but the hotel had a very nice continental breakfast with many choices. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle was timely and easy to use.

United KingdomI understand the hotels have the monopoly on those flying early or arriving late but the price was exceptionally high for a nights stay. (Over £200).
We landed late at night and jumped onto a shuttle bus which dropped us outside the hotel foyer within mins. The (proper) beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is decent as well.

Although not that busy, there was a continual queue to be served - felt like a new computer system had been installed and staff were learning but no apologies were made for the wait. No facility to run a tab and pay at the end of your meal or charge to room - which was surprising.
Good value for money, close to the airport. Check in/out staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.
