Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and staff very friendly and helpful. We were a family group who were able to enjoy our time together and have had a wonderful experience together in your hotel

I booked a room with a window, which I got…but the window looked directly out onto an enclosed space with walls of the hotel right round it so there was no light and no view! But actually it meant that I got no street noise, so it was peaceful at least. I was also woken up by water rushing through the pipes when the person next door flushed the toilet and went for a shower…! But apart from that it was very quiet all night so can’t complain.

The hotel was perfectly clean, the room was really comfortable and stylish, and the staff were all lovely. It was also in a great location in the centre of town, easily walkable to everywhere. The breakfast was great too!

The fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM and couldn’t stop it until 4:30AM, some drunk woman came into the hotel and smashed the fire alarm buton and went off in a bmw(the personnel from the hotel said after looking at the camera footage afterwards…hope they catch her).

The location was perfect for us and what we had planned during our stay, everything was within walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We love staying at YOTEL hotels across the country for their quirky designs and excellent locations.

Not a major gripe, but being there on my own for work, the bar and restaurant is more of drinking place than a food place, which is fine, so I ordered and took food up to my room. However, it was a little annoying that food wasn’t boxed, covered or even a tray offered. This was would’ve been really helpful

Friendly staff nice room, iron and coffee station on my floor which was fab. I was running late to the station and they organised a taxi quickly for me!

Our stay at Yotel was awesome! The staff were super welcoming, radiating good vibes the moment we stepped in. The rooms are smart and sleek—a real value for what you pay, and way better than similar options in London. I loved the clever design touches, like hidden switches in the bedposts and a huge TV. It's also perfectly located, just a few steps from a Sainsbury’s and a quick walk to the lively town center. Plus, the free coffee on each floor was a sweet bonus. Can't wait to book another stay here!

No clear allergen information at breakfast and FOH staff not clued up on what allergens were, BUT chef/kitchen staff came out to speak to me and prepared a separate breakfast which was delicious. I would say it is disappointing to not be able to state allergens for breakfast when booking as it would have been nice to have more options eg. waffles/cereals/toast. I think there could have been more for families eg. deals/offers or extra child friendly services. It would have been fab if when I asked the staff where the nearest chemist was to get some overnight nappies for my daughter they had sourced them for me (it wasn't a problem as sainsburys stocked them over the road). But travelling as a single parent trying to ensure my young kids were fed and in bed by a reasonable time it would have been extra special to feel a little bit looked after myself.

Location to victoria and spinningfields/central manchester was great. Room worked well for me and 2 young children. But loved that our room was high up and out of the way as with young kids on my own I felt vulnerable, though the route to the room from the lift took forever for little legs! Room layout and amenities were perfect for us, lots of lighting options meant we could have the right night light for the children. Great vibe in the hotel in general and staff generally friendly.

The fire alarm was set off early hours in the morning from a misbehaving guest which did disrupt my sleep. And there was a vent in the room that blew air in that didn't seem to stop and on the final morning it was blowing a very fowl smell in the room. But these issues were raised and dealt with, with care and consideration and i was offered a partial refund which is brilliant. Never had this level of customer service at any other hotel. These issues were something that could have possibly prevented me from considering staying again, but due to the way the staff handled all of the issues it confirmed to me that id definitely stay again.

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Tara who was so accommodating and so so lovely. The atmosphere was very laidback (is more lively during the later hours but not an issue) and welcoming. The decor was tasteful. The compact room was more than enough space even if 2 people were staying and it was very cosy. The water pressure was brilliant (something i often worry about when staying at hotels). Perfect location. Felt extra safe that in order to access the rooms you had to scan key card in lift and even upon entering the hotel at later hours. The whatsapp service for requesting any needs is so convenient during your stay. The aircon worked well and easy to use(which is often not the case in other hotels). I would stay again and that is mostly due to the kind & friendly nature of the staff making it a welcoming place to want to go.

How the hotel handled the problem with the fire alarm. Alarm went off for a full hour starting at 4.45 am. I would have provided all guests with a free breakfast after the inconvenience of staying in the lobby or outside at 5 am. They did send a apology email after which was good ( also could have included a discount code for the next stay). The staff was clueless until manager Pedro arrived who handled the situation better.

The hotel has a cool urban vibe and is very well located. Smooth check in procedure. The room was perfectly fine for us, clean and comfortable .

Rooms were simple and small - too small. Had to climb over my partner to get out of bed. No water, tea or coffee in rooms. You collect from the lift which is ok to take to your room but no hot drink in bed when you wake.

Great location, really easy modern check in, friendly staff, good breakfast and food. Loved the decor and vibe.

Did not like coffee down the hallway. Please put coffee machines in the room! I am 79 years old walking around the halls in my pajamas. Unseemly

Not crazy about the tea/ coffee facilities being outside the room. Double bed was two singles put together so couldn't sleep in the middle.
