Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sloveniathe room service only emptied the trash and tidied up a little bit but didn't make the bed. I'm used that the bed is made by room service staff in other hotels that I visited. And one thing that could be a problem to someone is that the toilet wasn't flushed when we got our room so there was urine visible, everything else was tidied and cleaned so I didn't request a new room but just to point it out.
The room was nice and comfy. It was clean but it could be cleaner, I'm personaly satisfied with overall experience. The staff was really kind and ready to help. The underground train stations are near so a great location, you can be in central london in like 20mins.

Very good location,close to tube and train to access central London. Was as described in the listing. It is situated on the upper Richmond road close to Putney high street. We went realising that there would be noise from the road as this is an urban area,but we did not find it intrusive and slept well. Great welcome from reception person who was very helpful

Good price, boutique hotel, staff is great, decent size room, location is prime close to the train station 20 min away from waterloo, clean room, aircon, iron, tv (just sat channels), didnt try nor see any food or coffee, overall price for accommodation you get more than what you pay, specially in London

We needed a hotel near to a party so this was perfect, easy to get to from the train and easy to walk to the party. Very nice receptionist, comfortable room, basic but good.

United KingdomThe night staff were unavailable on entering the building. Had to wait outside for a little while. Then explained to the “concierge” I was going to order some food so would he be able to keep an eye out on when I come back down. I had to wait 40 minutes in reception with my food outside in the cold. I rang reception while sitting by the desk 12 times. Overall I wasn’t very happy. Money wasted on late night food when I hadn’t eaten all day. If you’re happy to wait outside for someone to eventually open the door for you, then book ahead.

United KingdomThere was no microwave, the mini fridge didn't keep the food cold, the balcony door wasn't open to enjoy the view and there was no key in the room to open it, there were only 2 pillows in the room, if you put 4 pillows the experience would be better.
Well cleaned, organized, good view, spacious rooms, spacious bathroom, good Wi-Fi, good and quiet location. The soap used by the hotel is very fragrant, I really liked it!

United Kingdom~ Someone else’s dirty bin was left in my room once I checked in. I had to call them to come and take it away. - Rooms say Balcony but then most of them do not open but the lady at reception came and opened mine. - The property says it has 24hr desk but they DO NOT. They do not answer calls during the night but someone is there on arrival but you have to call their mobile number for assistance. It says 24hr desk but you can only check in till 22:00. It is all very confusing. ~ Definitely not worth the price I paid. I was last minute. ~ Red paint stain on the carpet. ~ Most TV channels not working.

United KingdomThe process for payment, the need to call someone when i arrived back at the hotel at 11pm and had to wait for door to be unlocked Then in the morning wanted to leave early, had the same issue with front door locked so had to wait again for someone to come and open the door Good Job i had a phone to call someone otherwise how would you enter the hotel as there is no security person or bell to speak to or ring. No a great process for a hotel in london.

United KingdomWe paid extra for a balcony that was locked shut and therefore inaccessible. The beds were very uncomfortable, like rocks. The mini fridge lit up the room when trying to sleep. The normal lighting was terrible, especially by the makeup mirror (where you want good lighting)

United KingdomThe room was not clean, and at least one of the towels provided was dirty. Despite booking for 2 people, we had to ask for a second set of towels. Sachets of tra and coffee were provided, but there was no kettle. Couldn't call reception in the morning as there was no information pack in the room and no note on the phone itself. The girl on reception didn't care, only asked why we hadn't walked down. I might put up with this if we'd paid £75 but the charge was £175. I recognise that London prices are high, but the value for money was appalling. I WOULD LIKE A SIGNIFICANT REFUND. The hotel was being refurbished, and we weren't advised of this in advance. The lift would only take one at a time. Very noisy location as the hotel backs onto the railway line. Woken at 5.45 by the trains.
