Nothing really, but if I have to say one thing, it would be the flights of stairs to get to the rooms. It would be difficult if you have accessibility issues.

Very central location, close to all amenities all within walking distance, including the Cathedral. The breakfast was fabulous and the lady who looked after us was very accommodating as one of our party was vegan. The evening meal that we had was superb. The chef is exceptional and also catered for our vegan diner.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening but it looked very nice. The breakfast was excellent so it the evening meals were to match that they would be excellent also. Beautiful decor, pleasing to the eye. Quality place.

A perfect overnight stay. Our room was very comfortable, cosy and quiet and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Recommend trying St. Cyriacs car park if you come by car. Although it’s small, it has a cut through to North Street and so is only 2 mins walk away. Parking is free after 6pm but any excess you pay carries over to the next day.

We had to have the window open as it was a warm evening - and the room faced the Main Street - so it was a bit loud till the pubs closed- we still slept soundly though - so it didn’t spoil our visit.

Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Restaurant was great too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Being very picky, but the shower kept running cold then very hot. This has never happened before, so we thought it might be something to do with the work that being done currently.

We had room 1 on this visit which was a complete delight. A large beautifully decorated and quiet room. We slept very well.

Beautiful superior double room which was very clean. Bed and pillow’s extremely comfortable. The friendly welcome was fantastic and the exceptional service continued from the bar for a pre meal drink all the way through dinner , made to feel very welcome. Food was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile!

Warm weather and being 2nd floor it was particularly hot, but unfortunately no air-conditioning. Unable to fully open windows, apparently due to pigeon problem. Not particularly quiet fan was supplied and we had to have it on all night.

Very comfortable and well appointed room. Excellent breakfast. Great location in the centre of Chichester.

Their is a bit of noise late at night due to a pub being right opposite and our room overlooked it but that isn't the hotels fault.

A fabulous stay from the moment we arrived. Met by a very helpful young man at reception who was friendly and courteous and did me the courtesy of carrying our case up to our room. All the staff were friendly, breakfast was exceptional and had a good chat with the manager Paul, who was again very friendly, helpful and professional. Fabulous visit and would definitely stay again.

A lovely little boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, small bar with amazing cocktails. The breakfast was great, plenty of choices and dinner was delicious. The room was spacious with a lovely comfy bed. The location was perfect, very central with easy access to everything. A little pricey but it was a last minute find due to being let down by original accommodation during Goodwood Festival week. Would definitely recommend.
