We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI just had a great weekend at the Pura Vida Caravan. The location was peaceful and scenic—perfect for an escape—while still having a strong internet connection so I could stay connected and get some remote work done. The setup was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, and the WiFi was reliable enough for video calls and emails. It made it easy to balance relaxation with a bit of productivity. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a getaway that supports both leisure and remote work!

United KingdomThe chavvy neighbours playing loud music until the early hours. NOT the caravan owners fault, though. No plug for the kitchen sink or an egg slice.
The campsite was nice and the location of the caravan was great. Nice touches with the toilet roll, crisps, chocolate bars,washing up liquid. Lots of nice bits and pieces.

I had a fantastic stay at your caravan. It felt like home with everything needed for a pleasant and problem-free stay. The interior was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. I enjoyed an amazing barbecue, and the morning sun between the trees made my coffee delightful. The high fence provided privacy and security, and the beautiful beach was just a 5-minute walk away. Thanks for everything; I highly recommend it and will return soon.

United KingdomThe patio furniture was filthy from dirt and bird poo. Would be a good idea to have a rake as there are so many leaves. Would have been helpful with a welcome pack with the park map and park information and passes for the facilities as by the time we sorted all our things at the van, the reception was closed. There are sweat stains on the pillows. Ideally, the pillows should have pillow protectors on them. The carpets could do with a clean as there are stains mainly in the bedrooms. I know it's a pet friendly van, but there were dog hairs all over the sofa, so it's not great being covered the minute you were there, and there was no hoover to clean it up. If you don't like traffic noise, I wouldn't choose this van.
It is a nice bright caravan and was clean apart from the few things I've mentioned. Everything was in working order, and all the essentials plus extra bits were supplied.
