We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThat it was extremely busy at the end of the night not being able tp be served. The bar area is a bit small considering the locality to the arena and those stating can't get served over people walking in. It meant our plan to have a few drinks after coming back was dashed!
Locality to the arena, The drink where genuine! (A lot of places sell fake drink products in Liverpool hotels.) The staff where friendly Our room was ready earlier than expected. Great view.

IrelandLocation was further than I'd usually stay in Liverpool, but the few extra minutes walk is worth it, particularly for Albert Dock bars and restaurants, near to Baltic Triangle, etc.
The hotel was fabulous - reception staff were very kind and friendly, offered an upgrade for both nights stay despite us paying a lower rate for the 2nd night (1st night was booked as part of a football hospitality package), with free minibar. The room was spotless, amazing comfy bed and pillows. Lots of choice for breakfast, and lovely food in the bar (with excellent room service options too). Location is a few minutes from the Liverpool Wheel and the bars & restaurants in Albert Dock. Generally further than I'd usually stay in Liverpool but absolutely worth it, about 10 minutes walk to Liverpool One. Really loved the hotel and will return!

The staff, special shout out to Jack, were all excellent and helpful. Offered to organise somewhere to eat if needed and felt like any request would be no trouble at all. Location of hotel is great and the views we had from our room were beautiful. Huge selection at breakfast.

United KingdomBreakfast was chaotic on both mornings - there didn't seem to be enough staff for the volume of people coming through at peak times and food on the buffet was slow in coming out once it needed replenishing.
The comfort of the room and the courteous and friendly nature of the staff were the two main positives from our stay.

United KingdomJust a couple of small points about the bedroom which was a great size and very comfortable l. However the bedside tables would have been better if they had drawers and there were no shelves to put clothes but ample handing space. There was water in the fridge however one of the bottles had been opened and was half empty.
We received a very warm welcome on arrival at the hotel which seemed to be relatively new. The beds were very comfortable and the location at the docks was excellent. The breakfast was very good too and all the staff were very friendly.
