I was quite surprised with the fact that the room had an entrance from the Tea Room's garden/ courtyard which meant that its customers were literally 3/4 meters away from our glass door. There is a curtain on the window and the entrance glass door but once you close it it to get some privacy, the room gets very dark so it isn't really a solution during day time. We've checked in around midday before a wedding we were going to that day and it was quite tricky to get dressed due the Tea Room's customers sitting outside our glass door and also once you had a shower in the bathroom the floor stays wet as its a walk-in-shower but one level... The water from the shower gets around the toilet as well because of the floor being one level.. Very strange... We struggled slightly with the privacy issue and the weird set up of the shower... Except for that, it was spottless and the staff were very nice. We got 20% off our breakfast which was very tasty and generous portions. I think I would have expected to pay maximum £60 for the night at the particular room we have been allocated. I definitely think £99 was overpriced due to the lack of privacy. It felt a little bit like camping with all the customers outside our room.

The room and bathroom were both spotless. Very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, iron and ironing board and hairdryer available. Very friendly staff and lovely breakfast and cakes.

Room was quite small, no luggage storage space if you have a large case (overnight cases will slide under the bed).

Very quiet location in courtyard behind the Tea Rooms. Excellent breakfast available. Ideal location on Burford High Street close to local shops, restaurants and pubs.

There was nothing I didn't like although the TV didn't work (not a problem) and there could have been Venetian blinds at the windows for more privacy but this was not an issue totally

The whole experience was above and beyond what I had expected and I had high expectations. The staff were superb and the rooms was excellent in decor, cleanliness, style and convenience such as an iron and ironing board plus tea and coffee facilities.

Nothing to dislike ,maybe, just maybe, there are no views of the cotswolds, you are based in the rear garden of the tea rooms, which could be awkward if you want total privacy as the tables are outside the window...,as for the stay itself ,no issues at all for us..but I would imagine some folk wouldn't like the interference of the tea room visitors...

I was astonished with the quality of the build, it was immaculately put together, the shower was ace, the tiling in the bathroom was faultless, I thought it was boarding until I enquired, the workmanship is faultless.. The room was ample for our needs, and exactly as stated on the Web feed. The bed, was superb...comfortable, clean and ample room...if you want a simple, clean and comfortable stay..this is it.

Sadly the walls to the neighbouring room are very thin. I could hear the occupants talking and the water running. I would also liked to have known it was a shower room not a bathroom.

I liked everything, the staff were extremely obliging and most importantly, on site. The room was well equipped and extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. But this is an excellent venue. Probably one of the best I've ever stayed at. Great breakfast on site with 20% off ..... Fantastic.

The room was very hot in the night. Unfortunately we could not see a way to adjust the temperature. Would have appreciated a light over the bathroom mirror. Otherwise the accommodation was excellent.

Room, although small, had everything we needed and was beautifully clean. The style was contemporary and the shower, in particular, was excellent. The overall price excluded breakfast but a full English could be purchased for £10 in the tearoom. Coffee was extra. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided in the room and the TV offered an extensive selection of different channels. The free wifi was also very good.
