- the AC/heat was not working - there was a fire alarm at 6.30 in the morning that woke us up - apparently because a guest family showered with the bathroom door open, which stopped quite fast but still scared us a bit; after a while the alarm went off again for a short while

- location was quite central - good value for money when it comes to London - perfect for a short stay - room spacious and clean

The refrigerator interior compartment divider was not in there, they needed to get it fixed. This makes me not to be able to maximize the use of the refrigerator.

It says its at tower bridge but it's no where near tower bridge it's 20minute at least by bus and a 40min walk

There was a strange smell in the reception area that was quite off putting, the room was tiny, especially for the number of beds in there, it felt dated and in need of a fresh coat of paint. I understood why the floor was tile and it would have worked in a hot country but in the UK it was just cold and made the room look unfinished.

The decor in the hallways and stairways was unexpected, unusual and nice. The colour scheme was nice. Breakfast has a good range of choice. I liked that there was a fridge in the room. The bed was very comfy.

Nowhere really suitable to sit and eat together. Photos on the website were not a realistic representation of the accommodation we had. Sockets in the bedroom were in awkward positions

The kitchen was good because we could have food that suited everyone's taste. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

They take the money for the hotel off you before you even arrive. You require ID on check-in, and you are asked to present a payment card, which they will only use in the case of damage. The hotel is in a run-down area and not near a tube station, but it is on a good bus route.

The staff were helpful on check-in, and if you require any information regarding how to get to places. There was aircon in the room, which was very helpful, as the hotel is on a main road so it was noisy with the windows open. We had a problem in our room which was sorted straight away. Lots of buses to catch to get you round or in to London.

The breakfast was perhaps not the best deal. We only had it one morning and the variety of food was not great. We arrived very late on a Saturday night and the street is quite loud with clubs which I could hear in the room. But it was only Saturday night

The stay was overall good. The location is 25 minutes by foot to tower bridge and there are buses going by very often. Nice with coffee in the room. We had a big family room which was very spacious.

The overall cleanliness was a bit below a good standard. Dust in the corners of the room.

Friendly staff, good location comparing to the price of the stay. Only 30 minutes from Soho and many buses leave only couple steps from the hotel. Breakfast was good.

The area is a bit far from the center.

The hotel was a really positive experience. Thanks for helpful and friendly staff! Wonderfully friendly staff, quiet room, tasty and sufficient breakfast. The bus ran right next to the hotel often and it was easy to get to both city and the airport.

The breakfast was plain. The coffee from the coffee machine tasted like nut. There was no toilet brush. The air conditioner blew only cold air so it was always cold.

It was very good that every day there was room cleaning.
