We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bed was not particularly comfortable. We anticipated hotel staff. A small sofa rather than the bench would have been more comfortable. The staff was very helpful (holding our bags).
The room was clean and met our needs. The kitchen allowed us to eat comfortably. The restaurant lunch was excellent. The location was helpful. The internet access was clear and worked well.

United KingdomLovely staff and the bar/rest next door is really fun and also has lovely staff. No problem with parking and location was good for us and why we needed to be in Stoke on Trent. Spode museum/shop on same site but unfortunately we didn't have time to visit. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms and showers good. Hairdryer and iron as well! Little kitchen had enough for self catering a short stay, which was perfect for us.

United KingdomI mean it was a little worn out but I feel it was fair for the price. There was a weird smell coming from the sink, but you can block it and then it's gone.
It's a large, "home-y" style room/studio next to a pub. If you need a night or two in Stoke, it feels like a safe bet, plus you can eat some good food in the pub downstairs. Everything worked and I could have a nice cup of tea, so can't complain. Sleep wasn't bad either, just the squeaky bed mattress could be changed.

United KingdomI have stayed here before and it just wasn’t clean enough this time. Dusty and I found hair a fingernail in the bathroom. Room 108 needs a desk, the church pew sofa in there is a waste of space and utterly uncomfortable.

United KingdomBit difficult to find the way in, which is through the restaurant. Had to wait for a while to check in as restaurant staff busy with other customers. Nice to have fresh milk, but it was on the turn, and not enough of it. 10am check out a bit early.
Was particularly grateful that they were able to store my bag after I checked out.

United KingdomIt was not well sign posted. The restaurant downstairs said they had no tables available - I was on my own so I would expect that to be an easy ask - I could only get food from them via a delivery app!? I did have a really nice breakfast the following morning. Although the accommodation was self catering it would be useful if property had an arrangement wit the on site restaurant. Bit of advice if coming from the station - turn right not left as the booking finder makes the walk much longer.
I did not realise that the property was part of the previous Spode factory. The room was large with a possible three person occupancy. Facilities good if you wanted to self cater- there was a large Sainsburys about 10 minutes away for provisions. See comments about on site restaurant below. If you are interested in Spode and pottery in general there is also an onsite museum with shop.
